Don't waste your money here. They don't honor their policy or agreement price. They recently increased my monthly fee without notice. I was told an email was sent out, but I check my entire account including spam messages. Nothing. This isn't how you conduct business.Update: They emailed me on August 21st, 2023 informing me that the price increase was starting on August 1st, 2023. Thank you for letting me know ahead of time.

Nice gym. Clean. Lots of equipment including treadmills, exercise bikes, exercise machines and free weights. Friendly staff

I like how they personnel is always welcoming. Super clean .

Don't goooooo!!!! I originally signed up for the boot camp 69 bucks a month. 2 months in I get charged 114 bucks..."annual fee". Which was AUTOMATICALLY withdrawn. 1 month later I try to downgrade to just a regular 25 dollar charge. They still want to charge me 69 dollars to downgrade...calling this fee a " late fee". AND I CANNOT EVEN CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP!!! DONT JOIN... THEY ADVERTISE FREE MONTH, FREE THIS FREE THAT...THEY TAKE UR MONEY IN THE ENDDRIVE TO ANOTHER GYM .HALF A MILE ON BLACKSTONE AND SHIELDS. GO ANYWHERE ELSE..LESS THAN HALF OF THEIR EQUIPMENT WORKS, AND THEY STEAL UR MONEY!!! MONEY IS HARD THESE DAYS...WHY TAKE ADVANTAGEOF LOYAL CUSTOMERS ???

These people apparently raised my rate without telling me and when asked about it, since I NEVER agreed to pay that amount, they say I probably should have received an email but they aren’t sure if I actually got one but they can’t do anything about it because the charge was already paid (automatically out of my account). I’ve had a couple problems like this. My roommate was a military medic so they gave them a discount - only to charge them three times the amount and also refused to resolve the issue. They cancelled. I lost my gym partner. Posses me off gyms can’t just be simple and honest. I miss the good ole days when people didn’t gut one another and say”too bad.” Even though it’s illegal to charge someone something without their consent. Apparently they’re above the law

Excellent trainers, staff, and equipment. Highly recommended for those who desire a life style for best health.

Great staff ,super friendly, even say hi while working out even if got headphones in just shows how friendly they are Didn’t get the dudes name just is the one usually always at the front desk or walking around greeting guest and returning guest been coming here for 2 months almost can’t complain !!!

Friendly staff, really clean facility and machines. For a smaller local gym it's got all the stuff one needs really. Almost. I have never seen a gym with so few free weights for the machines. It is a treasure hunt for 45s if there are more than 3 heavy lifters in the weight section. The classes they got going in the back in the early evenings are super annoying between loud music and incessant timing beeps. My three biggest pet peeves of any gym is lack of weights, lack of class noise separation, and cleanliness. This gym, despite some really nice points, hits 2 of the 3 big problems for me. And the weights thing is seriously the worst I've experienced in I can't tell you how many gyms across numerous states. I am looking right now and there are 12 weight machines with nothing more than a 25 LB of the 20 machines here. And there is no weight storage rack. Please, get some more weights.
