I have been working with Amy for the last 6 months, leading up my hip replacement surgery. During this time frame, she knew exactly how to prepare me for what to expect and how to maneuver my body post surgery and during recovery. She taught me the right way to sit, stand, walk, etc which have all aided in a quick recovery and I am beginning to return to normal daily routines and activity, just 2 weeks after surgery. I can’t wait to start working with her again as of tomorrow. - Viken Yepremian

I am a 69-year-old and an avid tennis player (I play 4 times per work). I started when I was very young and had the opportunity to play in college, so I’ve been playing this physically demanding sport for 60 years. I also enjoy hiking and traveling. Over the years, I have had multiple different (tennis related) injuries (shoulder, knees, ankles). I have had the opportunity to work with Dr. Amy Deavours for nearly 10 years. I explained to her that I wanted to continue playing tennis until I leave this planet, but my injuries were preventing me from enjoying and playing the sport that I love. She explained that she would help me to continue to do the things that I love-tennis and otherwise. She prepared a customized program of movements and exercises for injury recovery and additional stretches and exercises for injury prevention.I stretch and exercise every day following her recommended routine which she updates periodically, as needed. Over the past decade, my flexibility, mobility and strength have improved even as I age. Recently, I had the misfortune of tearing the labrum in my hip (another tennis related injury!). My orthopedic doctor looked at the MRI and x-rays of my hips and told me that “you have the hips of a 40-year old!”. He was very impressed with my range of motion, strength and lack of arthritis. Both he and I attribute this remarkable attribute to following Amy’s exercise regiment. We are already working on strength and conditioning to prepare me for my hip repair and post-surgery recovery. The techniques used at IFR are unique and tailored to my specific goals and needs. I trust I will continue to make progress as I recover from my most-recent setback and plan to play competitive tennis very soon.I enjoy playing tennis at an elevated level. I often play with people 10-20 years younger than I am, and my opponents often admire my speed and endurance. I owe all this to Amy. Thanks!

Livefit has been a God send for me. I had a bad accident and was in a come for 28 days I have a TBI traumatic brain injury and Amy, Dominic and Wain have been very supportive in my healing process. I look up to them all and I believe I will be 100% some day. I highly recommend them for training. I have ran into several known business owners while I’m working out. They know what they are doing when it comes to functional training. I highly recommend livefit Fresno

Wayne is very knowledgeable and his routines have given me results. Even though I'm half-arsing it most days.

I absolutely love LiveFit! The personal trainers go above and beyond to help you reach your fitness goals. They helped me increase my mobility, strength, and tone up! I love their one-on-one sessions and taking training sessions with friends. Definitely recommend!

Love the staff! They really care and want to help you improve. The one-on-one training has benefit me most. Always feel lost in a huge gym alone, it’s great to have someone instruct me every step of the way during a workout in a smaller, more personal environment. Can’t recommend it enough!

Jamie was very welcoming and showed me proper use of the rowing machines. Had a great full body workout and really enjoyed it. Plus, their app for tracking your results is great. Would recommend to anyone who’s been rowing or wondering if they should row.
