This is our go-to neighborhood gym; chill vibes. It’s been consist for a while now.Add a basketball half-court using a few of the unused racquet courts would be my suggestion.

Great gym to workout at, equipment is not the newest but it is taken care of. Nice atmosphere and large multi-function workout area along with 2 smaller workout rooms one for upper body and another room for lower body. They also have a cardio room. Friendly staff always greets you.

Nice, friendly staff showed me around the place. I signed up and worked out a little on the weight machines at the front as it had been a long time since I had worked out. Valley is very nice, has racketball courts, pool, aerobics, weight machines, etc., A bit more than most gyms, but not super gorgeous or luxurious, but not bad looking either. Very nice but not extravagant.

Zumba with Kelly, Demitrius, Melissa, and Carrie are fun and provide plenty of healthy exercise!

I called— rang rang and no one answered. Waited—called again—on hold forever. Waited—called again—rang and rang, no answer. I just want to know when the pool will reopen after a week with no pool.I just called again--every time I call, I get a different answer regarding re-opening the pool, which has been closed since Feb. 21. It's obvious no one knows anything. Today the gym employee admitted the man who told me the pool would be open tomorrow was wrong and she admitted she didn't know anything either--she admitted no one knows when the pool will reopen.

The bathrooms are comparable to fresno County jail

I’ve been to gyms all over Southern California, multiple memberships. Always stuck it out even if I didn’t like the location or staff.I didn’t last in this gym more than 10min… it’s an odd location and how the rooms were designed, its like a maze trying to find the weight room. It looks like an office building was turned into a gym. Equipment shouldn’t sit on carpet, very unsanitary.So many walls and rooms, the bathroom was the cherry ontop when I saw one of the women’s bathroom stalls with a shower curtain as a door. Those bathrooms need renovation asap

This place is just right for those who like a clean, simple and well oiled machine. We always feel welcomed by the staff and the variety of activities and equipment is impressive. Because of the eclectic nature of the clientele, I feel very comfortable with them as well.
