Very rude staff. Wanted a 3 day pass and they said o cannot get it because the address on my ID is out of the area but I just moved. Will not be returning.

Skimping on air conditioning to save money and have the front doors open when it is 85 degrees outside.The men’s locker room needs to be kept clean as well. Workout areas are fine.

The work-out machines are top notch, it's very clean and the staff are so friendly! They actually care about you! My trainer is Sonia Berton and she is outstanding!!! I am 67 years old and needed to lose 20 pounds before October of this year for my son's wedding. I also wanted to firm up my arms and look good in my mother-of-the-bride dress. I had Sonia assigned to me. She has been with 24 Hour Fitness for 14 years as a trainer and she really knows what she's doing!! I started in February of 2021 and reached my goal by the end of September 2021. She is so motivating and takes a genuine interest in your goals. She is so GOOD at what she does! I'm really completely satisfied with my results and I'm so happy that Sonia was available to train me!!

Clean gym with plenty of equipment. Locker rooms could use some cleaning but overall nice gym. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Usually not too busy here either, at least not in the mornings.

Considering to leave the gym since it’s no longer open 24 hours.So they are back to 24 hours, But it’s always packed! 24 hour fitness needs a new brand name like PACKED PLACE! how cold they close so many locations and leave a few locations open 24h it makes people migrate to the ones that are open. I can’t use anything all these people take multi buddies and switch off machines. Smh 24h you need to open up all your locations 24 hours again! This is not fair to your local customers who have to deal with high traffic of people bc you don’t want to spend money!
