If you’re looking for a great community of women to work out with who are welcoming, kind and inclusive, this is the spot. When I moved here three years ago, I didn’t know very many people in Gainesville. I was trying to find a way to get back into shape without overdoing it and injuring myself so I tried out a free intro class. After the intro class, I was hooked.The Instructors are phenomenal, each one of them bring a unique spin on each of the types of classes offered. There are a variety of different classes, between a center and balance class that focuses on stretching and mobility to the standard Reformer classes to the FIT classes that get your heart rate going to name a few. The instructors also provide modifications based on any injuries you have, which is a nice bonus.The management has changed recently and has been accommodating and understanding from what I have experienced. Corinna at the front desk is also a QUEEN and has always been friendly and outgoing whenever I walk in.

The workouts themselves: amazing! It’s a great weightlifting alternative.The management / customer satisfaction: absolutely horrible. They have no leniency, it’s expensive, and too many classes are always full. They never verbally informed me about the 90 day contract.

Scam fitness studio just looking to make a buck and charge you fees.Emergency room nurse and 5 staff are out with covid (again) woke up to flu symptoms. Canceled my class and called to see about a reschedule or credit.Sales desk basically said too bad and informed me I'll have an additional charge to my account on file for cancelation before 12 hoursShe said she'd leave a note for her boss tomorrow am- then when asked if the manager would be in she replied "well no she's outta town in Tallahassee" I politely asked if she will return Monday for normal hours. "I'm just a Sales associate I don't know her personal life schedule "This inexperienced kid's responses have set the experience and opinion of this establishment. I had higher hopes but if this manager let's these kind of people represent her business I'll try another studio/company and spread the word of my experience.I also just received a call back- im informed that I won't be charged the cancelation fee as I'm not a member. Wait- so you ONLY want to charge loyal members? Way to go for convincing me to sign up.

Club Pilates is quickly becoming my home away from home. I have fallen in love with this place and its staff. All of the instructors have a little something different they bring to their classes, and then add the variety of classes they offer here, and that means there's something for everyone. The staff is just amazing, from the front desk girls who are all the sweetest and so friendly, to the awesome instructors to the wonderful management team. Great job, CP G'ville!

From the moment I took the Intro Class to almost my 100th class, I have fallen completely in love with Pilates and Club Pilates of Gainesville. The instructors are very knowledgeable and personal. Each instructor offers something special to their classes. The girls at the front are so welcoming and it feels like home every time I walk through the door. I also love the app and it’s so easy to schedule classes ahead and last minute. I love going daily and feel like I am so much stronger in just a few short months. A perfect place for anyone!!

UPDATE: I spoke to the manager who was very very nice and she gave me my 7 credits which I have until 6 months to complete after my cancellation. I attended one of the classes after a long time and it was amazing. I felt like I was working out. Meg was awesome!!They are a scam!! I had a plan and was never able to get into a class because they are always booked. I even tried booking a month in advance and nothing.They kept charging me even tho I couldn't book any class. It's a scam!! They are very overpriced and make money by basically scamming you (they charge you even tho they know they have no openings). Oh and did I mention they make you subscribe for 90 days so you cannot cancel. It's insane!!! There is no way these classes are actually fully booked they are not the best.The classes I did manage to book are very average and you can honestly get so much better at APEX yoga pod. They have cheaper plans and it's unlimited there.I was very unsatisfied with Club Pilates. Also if you are looking for a more young and active crowd then definitely avoid this place as it's more retired and senior citizens which are the main people that are being scammed. Again the classes I did manage to get into it seemed like physical therapy for post surgery patients rather than Pilates.

Their cancellation policy and freeze policy are very confusing. They never printed out the cancellation polity and freeze policy and asked you to review them carefully. Also, when I first came there, the receptionist at the front desk never …

We are professionals, and the management has seriously DISAPPOINTED us. The most straightforward answer is that a group of thieves are in charge here.When my wife joined this club, they informed her that they could not discuss the class schedule with her before she joined (which is super weird to us considering we lived in NYC and Toronto and we never heard this anytime in our lifetime). On the same call that she joined the membership, they told her later that they did not have the lessons she was looking for.Because my wife would not even be able to take the lessons she intended to take as a perk of membership, she expressed dissatisfaction and begged not to join up.More than a month has passed, and the management is still giving us a pushback for the refund . So, this club is absolutely not a go for someone who is really searching for the experience. However, I must say that while the coaches are excellent, the management or administration is the worst we have ever encountered.

I enjoyed every moment at the club. Going there was my happy moment of the day. The instructors are professionals and the atmosphere was so pleasant and healing :)
