Ever dream of signing up for an gym online. Moving away and then finding out you can only cancel your membership in person? Then Crunch is the gym for you.Also,Owner is extremely rudeSigned up for this gym right before covid and kept paying membership to help support him as they just opened. Really regret doing that and the owner flat out called me a liar when I said so even though I have bank records. What led to this disagreement? Because they wouldn’t let my wife in without her ID which would force us to drive all the way home and be unable to workout during our lunch break.AlsoGym constantly runs out of wipes and other ways of disinfecting the equipment.Not enough employees around to actually disinfect and the person at front desk can’t leave to get more wipes.Equipment is broken/not functional a lot.All in all this is a money grab gym. Recommend you look elsewhere.

====== BEWARE OF SCAM | LOOK ELSEWHERE ======I signed up for Crunch Fitness in 2020 when I was still in college, soon after graduation and moving away I encountered the IMPOSSIBILITY OF CANCELLATION. You CANNOT cancel online, you CANNOT cancel by phone. If you move away they require certified mail yet NEVER receive it. I have paid continuous 30$/mo charges for years and am not able to cancel. If you refute payments through your bank they will send you to collections. This hawkish business practice is FRAUD and should carry criminal liability. Management here are Scam artists. Crunch fitness is horrible no manager is ever available to help you then they lie to you just so you can get out their faces and not enough help I went in early this morning today to pay on my membership the guy tells me he is locked out the system and that he couldn’t help me but wants to process it by card to take extra cash that I never assigned to be taken off
