They have a great building with tons of workout options that are available. The only downside is that the center that is supposed to be exclusively for women apparently allows men dressed as women to attend their facility.

I love Zumba classes and lifting weights on the line. The staff is professional, friendly and courteous. They are constantly cleaning the equipment. I feel very safe exercising at GHF.

For decades, this was my cherished retreat in the city of swamps. Then the manger at this club began allowing men into what, for decades by then, had been a women's only fitness center. Despite my complaints -- to the manager and to the owner, too -- men are even allowed into the women's locker room at this facility. It's unfortunate that political correctness in Swampville defeated common sense and ordinary decency and ruined what had been a great place for women to unwind and exercise without men around.

GHF - Women's Center is a great gym. I thoroughly enjoy working out at this safe, clean and energizing facility. The gym is conveniently located in Thornebrook Village and is ideal for shopping or eating after a good workout. I highly recommend.
