I took the 6 week intro series with coach Sarah and learned so much about myself and about pole. It’s honestly my new favorite thing in the world. It’s for anyone and everyone. Clean, loving, fun, inclusive environment. 10/10. You can even record yourself at the end of class so you have a fun documented journey of your progress

A wonderful safe and inviting space, really fun choreography, amazing instructors, friendly and super helpful staff! Whether you are new to pole fitness or looking for a new place to show off your skills I would highly recommend happy kiss pole fitness.

One word: MEMBERSHIP!!Cause that’s exactly what you’ll be leaving with once you take the plunge and sign up for a drop-in class and/or a 3-week Intro Pole class!NO EXCUSES!!! All ages, body types, and professions are welcome. We all share the same love for all forms of dance/aerial arts!! Happy Kiss is truly a family of close friends!!! The encouragement will definitely make you warm & feel at home— it also could be the HANDPOURED CANDLES the owner Johanna makes— literal comfort in a jar!!!Happy Kiss offers a variety of classes for every level. They literally meet you where you are!!!I personally have enjoyed every class so far. Each instructor has their own style of dance & teaching method, all enjoyable to watch & an honor to learn from! You’re bound to find a style and/or class you click with the most!!No matter what class you’re taking, you will learn something new & feel the growth from week to week!!Have I convinced you yet??Go ahead call the studio to book a class. I love being a member of Happy Kiss! All of the instructors have been amazing. Their teaching styles are diverse yet cohesive ensuring that any one from a newbie to a professional can enjoy pole fitness. They offer flexibility and strength classes that are great for working out the muscles used in pole and a variety of choreography classes so there's always something new to try!
