All the trainers are very knowledgeable and personable. They are great at designing a program to fit each individual’s needs and abilities. And the facility is always clean. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Hands down life changing! Supportive and judgement free family feel with great results in a brand new building. I have to modify everything due to injuries and these classes give me enough flexibility and some thing new to look forward to everyday.

SLF has been awesome for both me and my family! There staff is great, happy and a blast to work with! It may not be the biggest gym in Gainesville but it is definitely the best!

Great work outs!! Classes are organized well. Good flow. Gets me going for the rest of the day.2 year update: I changed my workout routine from group classes to personal training about 5 months ago and this has changed my life immensely. My trainer Kara and I came up with a plan according to what I expected from my workouts. She worked around my injuries and got me closer to my goals of shedding a few pounds and getting leaner. I am sleeping better, working better and over all feeling better. I recommend this Gym and Kara for personal training a 100 times over.

My husband and I have followed SLF since they were in their original location in the Haile Village. Their current facility in Jonesville is spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The owners, Dan and Art, have done a great job with the classes and the individual training opportunities. They've created a perfect welcoming community among all the clients and I never dread going to work out. It's a positive atmosphere with fantastic results regarding my fitness!!

To say SLF has changed my life would be an understatement. About a year and a half ago I walked in their doors in just about the worst shape of my life. About 3 months later I was able to look at myself in the mirror without being completely disgusted. About 6 months later I was in the best shape of my life. I continue to go about 4 times each week. 2 circuit training classes with Mackenzie and 2 weight training sessions with Dan. I have no plans to stop. The continued results have become addictive. If you are considering trying a class - do not hesitate. You will not regret it.

I’ve been a Sweat Life member for 15 years and have loved every session. Everyone is welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Each session with my trainer Rob is unique, constructive and definitely helps keep me fit and athletic as I get older

Best gym and crew I’ve been a part of. McKenzie is an amazing trainer with well rounded knowledge and care to areas of weakness or injury. Art and Dan are so welcoming and never fail to complement hard work and gainz. I’ve muscled up 23 pounds since December and still goin! It’s a great place for any level of exercise.
