About 6 months ago I started looking for a new gym. I had recently had a baby and undergone major surgery from a car accident, so my years' long fitness routine had disappeared. I kept trying to get back to it but just couldn't stay committed. I was afraid to do anything strenuous because I didn't want to get hurt, and I was just so weak! I found the Wolf Den and decided to go in and meet Rob. I instantly felt that he make the difference for me, and I was right! Just a few months later and I'm a different person. I never miss a work out and feel amazing after each one...seriously! The atmosphere is encouraging and feels safe - every one is there to make themselves better. Rob is a wealth of knowledge and I've asked him all kinds of questions about health and nutrition. This place is the real deal and I'm so grateful that I found it.

Rob of Wolf Den has been a game changer for my personal and professional life. At 61 years old, I found my activity level, stamina and strength were suffering and this needed to improve or get worse. After a few months of one-on-one training with Rob, I joined the 1 hour group session 3X/wk. They’re always different training sessions and focus on function performance. They help us maintain our body’s fitness and ability to perform tasks that we have avoided due to weakness, fatigue and/or pain. Rob stays with the group. He keeps a close eye on all of us. This has not only been a huge part of my personal life but my relationship with my wife, Suzanne as well. I enjoy each training session with her, whom encouraged me to start exercising nearly 2 years ago. I started with Rob at Wolf Den 2 1/2 years ago. I came in for personal training. I was 40 pounds heavier, a total stress ball and had been on the sofa forever. I never could have expected how this experience would change my life. The hardest part for me was reaching out and getting the help I needed. I have knee issues as well as lower back pain. Rob was so great at pushing me but not letting me get hurt. Training at Wolf Den has become a fixture in my schedule. I have become much healthier, physically and mentally. I would recommend to anyone to get to Wolf Den as fast as you can. You're wasting time!
