Awesome service. Came in had a great consultation with Jacob. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We were in and out in 20 mins. Here's to 2022 and being healthy.

Very nice gym. Not crowded, all new equipment. It’s not very big but it doesn’t seem to be an issue. And the hydro massage chairs... oh my heck.

Just here to say that Aiko is an amazing trainer. I have a lot of old injuries that cause me a lot of frustration when trying to work out, but she’s on point with helping me work through them. She’s the type of trainer that says, let’s work to strengthen what’s weak and making you hurt or let’s go a different route because this doesn’t work with your past injuries. She doesn’t just give me an exercise program, she makes it and tweaks it even while we are in the middle of it so it works best for me.Aiko and the staff are also great people to talk with so I always enjoy stopping in on my off days as well.

Great staff and very clean, always! I have been to a dozen AFs around the area and country and this has become my favorite very quickly! Great selection of equipment. Can't wait for all cardio machines to open back up because I've come twice and no treadmills were available. Not a huge deal, but a slight inconvenience. I'm glad it's due to being extra cautious over COVID!

This is by far the cleanest and friendliest gym I have been to. I absolutely love coming here. The management is phenomenal they always make you feel welcomed

I’ve been to my share of gyms in the past but this by far is the best one. The staff is amazing and very attentive. They were very welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. Definitely coming back!
