An amazing facility with AMAZING staff! I was truly pleased with the care they provided for my dad at his physical therapy appointments. His therapist helped made my dad's post-surgery recovery process that much easier.

As soon as I walked in to this place I was amazed at how clean and beautiful it is. The receptionists at the front desk ruin the environment with their dry attitudes. They don't say anything even they make eye contact. It's every single worker that I've seen there. Not just one. That says a lot about management if they feel so comfortable doing that every single time I'm there, which is weekly.The pediatric therapists and receptionists are 100% amazing though!!!!!!

It’s a beautiful facility, but it would be nice to be greeted with a smile. The ladies at the front desk look at you like they don’t trust you, and they talk to you as if you’re a child. I have a doctorate degree, but they speak to me, as though I am uneducated. All this gives me the impression that they don’t want to work there: definitely not the best customer service, and does not leave the best impression for such a beautiful place.
