I was at Fitness Pointe for physical therapy. The therapists are great - knowledgeable, conscientious and friendly. I highly recommend it.

Gym is very clean and the natural lighting is excellent. Not the biggest gym but definitely has a lot of what you need. If you are into body building this might not be the best gym for you. Caters to an older crowd but definitely more serious. You won’t deal with loud noisy socializing, people actually come here with o get their daily dose of exercise “therapy” as well as actual therapy but I don’t have personal experience with that side of this business.4 stars because they close too early if this were a 24 hour gym or atleast 12am gym it’s would be gold. Staff at front desk and on gym floor need to practice greeting gym members and smiling more, no sour faces. Give us a warm welcome after all we should all be happy and grateful to be where we are.

Great place to workout at. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The entire space is very clean and inviting. They even have a spa and daycare. Although due to Covid restrictions some things may have changed with the daycare.

Their “state of art” air purification system convinced me it was OK to return to my routine without the need for a mask. Also I am an advocate of vaccinations given the CDC medical warnings for my age group. Between the two I feel odds of severe illness are nil.

An example of "getting what you pay for". Yes, it is a bit pricey, but the facilities are high quality, it is very clean, they have professionals who work there, they have lots of classes, etc. so in the end it is worth it. Two really nice pools with a great hot tub and lots of showers. Anything breaks and it is quickly fixed. Nice free weight section and a basketball court that is often busy with friendly people.Like others said, the crowd skews older but that is fine because it means people leave you alone and you can focus on what you want to do.
