Natalie is the best! She helped me sign up for the gym (my first time) she made it so easy and explain the process and the machines! She gave me good advice and even encouraged me to work with their trainer option which I am so looking forward too I had no idea I could get a trainer included which makes me very happy! She understood my goal for the gym and made me feel very welcomed! She also gave me a excellent tour in which I used my black card experience today! Thank you Natalie & ur team I am so satisfied.

Been going here for about 6wks now. Great value for the price. Wish people wouldn't sit in machines and peruse their phones for 20 min or more at a time, but to each their own. Wish the was a standard squat rack and bench instead of smith machines, but work with what they have.

I LOVEEEEE coming to this location. The staff is always super friendly. The gym is always clean. I prefer this location over any of the other ones in the Indiana/Illinois area. I feel comfortable enough to come work out alone or with friends at this location.

This planet fitness is extremely well-kept. It is always clean and the employees are very friendly. Natalie (the manager) helped me with becoming a new member, showing me around and introducing me to all of the fantastic benefits that planet fitness has to offer. At such an affordable price their is no better place to get your workout in!!

I have been a member here for 4 1/2 years! Great price!After the recent remodel, the place looks great. The staff is great!The whole facility is kept very clean from the locker rooms to the equipment. Its a great place to work on your fitness!I am greatful to have it close to home as well

This location is the best one yet. They just remodeled and have an awesome trainer, Calvin who has helped me lose some weight and always show me how to use the machines and have awesome workout classes. Come check him and the gym out!! You will not be disappointed.

This is a pretty clean facility. The bathrooms are kept clean so it’s locker room. The machines are all working properly when they have a broken machine they’re usually pretty quick about fixing it. I travel across the country a lot and I use many different Planet Fitness. This one is pretty clean. Great and friendly staff

This PF randomly began construction throughout not 1, not 2, but THREE of the work out rooms (so literally half of the gym) without any heads-up to the members. Not to mention both locker rooms are under construction as well so there are no lockers to put your belongings in, or working toilets or sinks! Also, why are they switching the men’s and the women’s locker rooms besides to create confusion? Seems very pointless and is more inconvenient than this entire gym already is. The one separate room that is left had a giant puddle of water on the ground that the weight rack was sitting in. There is dust covering the machines and construction workers leaving tracks throughout the entire gym. There is also no end date to this construction that the employees know of. Last but not least, I am not sure what cleaning solution has been put in the disinfecting bottles for the machines but after going to the gym last night, i realized this morning that the SKIN ON MY HANDS IS PEELING OFF from whatever is in those bottles. Maybe if there was a sink for me to wash my hands at after working out I could’ve avoided the chemicals eating away at my hands as much as it did. The decline of this location in the past 6 months is unreal. The cleanliness of this gym and the communication between the staff and the members needs some significant improvement. I will be relocating immediately.

Nice place just could use more free weights for the bar workouts. Like bench press etc other than that great place.

Always clean, friendly staff. Just wish they had a lot more classes than they do.
