Miles is a great trainer! Although I never finished my program (all due to my own health issues) and lack of motivation he always was so accommodating and kind and totally is dedicated. If i’m going to do training again he will be my first contact!

Miles gives 110% to all of his clients and it is so obvious he loves what he does. Whatever your goals are- whether it’s to live a healthier life and move better at your job, do better in your sport, develop healthier habits and tone up, or to compete in an all-out elite powerlifting competition- I have seen him do all of it and tailor programs to his clients needs. He has such an eye for detail- figuring out exactly how to maximize your form during a workout and how far to push, if needed. He offers online coaching, programming, in person training, and even group training. What stands out about Miles is that he goes above and beyond for his client - not only does he take care of physical needs/limitations and work around them but he takes care of those emotional needs as well. He is always there for his clients and a phone call away.He has personally helped me find the “joy” of working out - something I’ve struggled with for a long time- he makes it fun yet challenging. He’s assisted me in building a solid foundation for all of my workouts - helping me to master basic movement patterns (i.e. hinging into a squat or how to finally activate my glutes!). I promise you, you will reap so many benefits working with him!

Patient, humble, technical-eyed, attentive, concise; all of these skills lead Miles to be an incredible coach, friend, and person. I've been working with Miles for about a year and a half now. We've switched focuses a few times (strength training, general fitness, power-building), and through it all Miles has been understanding, supportive, and motivating. I'm stronger, more muscular, and leaner than I've ever been in my life (currently 33 years of age). If you are looking for a coach that will give you everything they've got, look no further. It is clear that coaching is Miles' calling. He can zero in on exactly what needs more work and/or form correction, and he can give you cue's to remember and work on during your training that makes things much easier to understand to execute properly. When "life happens", Miles never makes me feel like I'm slacking. He is quick to come up with work-arounds for my training if needed. He is attentive, quick to respond with feedback, and always thorough. We've had an amazing year and a half together, and I'm excited to continue this journey with him as my coach.
