Love this place! Very unique for the area considering it's the only gym in miles that has all the Strongman equipment you could think of, plus all the specialty bars and powerlifting equipment you ever need, AND it's 24hrs. Bonus is the ability to play your own music on the speakers if others are okay with it, and the owners and trainers are also extremely helpful and down-to-earth! Couldn't be happier with this investment

Awesome place and atmosphere. There is a multitude of specialty bars, bands, boxes, benches, strongman items, and lifts. They have everything you could want as a lifter (+ 1 treadmill). They just rearranged things and got a new large turf area which offers many cardio opportunities (prowler, etc). Also, they offer an affordable monthly student discount. The best part: the coaches here are highly experienced, very helpful, and CSCS certified. Highly recommend coach Miles!

This place has the best knowledge, equipment, and atmosphere in the area to progress in ANYTHING strength related! Educated coaches with CSCS Certifications to properly and safely progress you in any fitness goal you may have. Extremely low monthly rates for the specialty equipment provided and the most motivating atmosphere you can possibly think of for any style of training!

A real gym for serious power lifters and body builders. No distractions like at commercial fitness centers. Those present are like minded and supportive of each other. You should feel secure there as the owner and many others working out are police officers.
