So let's just put this out in the open, there is a woman by the name of Katelyn who works at Planet fitness ; someone you guys can ask for any assistance there !! She assisted me on a couple exercises for equipment there at the gym! Also she is super friendly!! She gave me absolutely the best customer service ever!! She gave me many tips and pointers on how to properly use equipment there at the gym! Glory be to God the highest! I recommend giving her a raise!!!

All the staff are very friendly and helpful!!! I really enjoy working out at my home location foe the last two years!!! And what’s makes it more enjoyable is the members you meet that become your friends with just a simple smile or hello🤗!!! …

Been coming here for years. What I like most is that it's CONSTANTLY BEING CLEANED. That, and no men harassing me like my previous gym. I am left alone to do my workouts in peace, while enjoying a clean environment. I know a lot of people give PF a bad rep for having pizza day. We should ALL enjoy a cheat day once in a while. Plus they aren't forcing you to eat it. It nice of them to have this treat available. Black card membership totally worth it.

It’s a nice gym with relatively friendly staff but they make you jump through hoops when you decide to cancel your account ( like most gyms). These folks want you to cancel either by coming in and physically signing a cancellation form (which then makes you agree to potentially more separation charges) or by sending them a notarized request via certified mail. Also, if you’re canceling within seven days of your billing cycle they charge you for an extra month.I know, I thought it was pretty funny too.

For the casual novice lifter, I'd say it's okay. If you're looking for more advanced machinery, I'd say to look elsewhere. The majority of this facility is populated with a plethora of cardio machines. It's also geared more towards the meek and body conscious. That being said, don't get too pumped up, they're very sensitive about Loud noises here. It seems to spook the locals.It's like working out in a library.For the price you pay, it's decent. It also is helpful for when you are out of town and need some place to lift, so their Black Card option is good if you're a traveler.

This Planet Fitness is fantastic! Super friendly people who work there, great equipment, clean and a great gym membership price. They have done well with the current business environment managing social distancing and requiring masks as needed--I highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff coupled with a clean and welcoming environment make this the place to be! It's the best gym experience I've ever had. I was a regular member for a year and upgraded to a premium membership (massage equipment, tanning, half-price drinks, free guests) last year. I'll be keeping my premium for a long time to come. I adore this place and highly recommend to both beginners and advanced people.

Love me some P F. This spot is clean, fresh always greeted with a smile. The hours i go are not that busy and the machines are cleaned often.
