The reception boys were helpful and friendly when I first went. Joel, Sami, and another boy whose name started with a J. They signed me up quickly and listed off amenities. I go to bathe on the steam room and work out upstairs (cardio machines). Everything is so very clean and maintenanced (especially women's locker room. ) There are events going on often for all ages. The sense of community is strong here as well.I basically live here now.

They randomly started charging me more money and didn't give a reason why, the gym is always dirty, the machines are always broken and they take months to fix them, the employees have harass customers every day that I've been there. The bathrooms are disgusting and the management is even more disgusting. Most treadmills never work and the ones that do are missing pieces or cupholders. This place is insanley crowded at all hours of the day. Don't spend your money here it isn't worth it.

I miss when it was owned by Omni. It had an area for each type of work out group. The juice heads, the shy workout, women’s area, beginners, experienced. It was a place for anyone. Now all you see is the juice heads taking up room sitting on machines. Taking selfies, tik toks, editing their play list while taking up a machine when someone else can get on.They have one court open and a long line to join a game of pickle ball or basketball. And since it’s a YMCA now, it’s no reason why a teen who wants to play basketball or a sport with a YMCA member & just pay a non member fee like $10.00 to play.Bring back teen night to give the youth something to participate in and stay active. Not every teen has the ability for their parent to get a membership at the YMCA. It maybe easier for them to pay an entry fee. We have a membership & my son had a friend with and he couldn’t come play ball with him, he couldn’t even pay a entry fee like most recs, sports plex, gyms in the area.

Disorganization and broken equipment. I’ve asked the front desk several times and even filled out a complaint form to fix the broken rowing machines that they have. Nothing has happened. They just raised membership prices yet you don’t see any new/fixed equipment, more lockers, or a stronger WiFi so you can actually listen to music.

A variety of classes with incredible instructors and a pool. Of course there is workout equipment. Very family friendly offering programs for the little ones as well as older kids. It’s a neighborhood gem. And gets very busy in the after-work hours and in the morning on weekends.

I really like this place. People are all really friendly and it’s been clean every time I have went. What I DID NOT like was that my toddler and I went to check out the room she would be playing in while I exercised and the woman manning the desk (and in charge of watching my daughter) did not speak any English - at all. She smiled a lot and shook her head but didn’t understand anything I asked?!! This is not ok. AT ALL. There were two women there, one younger and one older but still they both seemed to not know their job and the older one kept looking at the younger to translate and help. I respect people who know more than one language, as that’s one more than I know but you HAVE TO hire people who can understand AND communicate properly especially when little ones are their main responsibility!!! I was so turned off by this I left and am hesitant to return.

New to this gym. Overall great. Locker rooms suana pool. Can't understand how a place this big only has 3 benches. Even planet fitness has 4. It's common to see 5 or 10 people standing around waiting for a bench. I guess I have to drag out my bench at home. Doesn't seem right to pay for a gym membership and have to work out at home.

Very clean and organized. New layout is so much better. No longer looks like some old folks facility. (And I’m old!). Omni was a dump with old machines. Most machines are brand new and they have way more personnel caring for the facilities. A big improvement.
