Great raw iron gym. This is what real training feels like. If you think you're strong try this gym out guaranteed you'll have a different experience. Owner is genuine and gives you tips on workouts if you ask. Definitely returning.

Love this Gym! I have been a member for 4 years. All of the trainers are professional, educated, and always helpful. They create new workouts and encourage you to work harder.

Great gym if you really want to lift and don't want to be in a commercial gym. Mostly frequented by bodybuilders and some powerlifters. If your serious about getting fit and moving weight, this is the place to come.Most of the equipment is old. Won't find anything shiny and new. All equipment has been used thoroughly.The gym has a lot of machines. Not a lot of space for deadlifting and I expected more squat racks. However the gym isn't packed like a commercial place so you don't have to wait per say for a rack or machine.Overall, A1 place

Chuck and Michelle run a great gym. Members are good too. You will not find anyone trying to tell you how to do something. People mind their own business. Easy to learn new methods just by watching (from a respectful distance).

Great gym for it's size. Does get a little chaotic at 6ish a bit over priced compared to other gyms in the area with better offers like a pool or a sauna.
