Uplifting environment. Friendly trainers and friendly staff. Everyone here is on different levels in their workouts/fitness but no intimidation. Their app is so convenient for when you’re ready to book a session for the day or week. They have sessions available all day, well the hours are from early morning til evening. This camp helps out with accountability and discipline. It’s a little pricey but if you can do it, It’s worth it.

There is a low priority for customer service if you show intent to cancel. I have been trying to help my wife cancel her account since October. My wife initially tried to cancel earlier in February but was contractually obligated to stay until August. Her email was less clear than mine, so in October I made our intent obvious. It's now December and the charges are still coming through.I am sure the workouts are great, but buyer beware should you ever show intent to cancel. The high energy motivators suddenly turn cold and distant and may continue to charge your account in negligence.Mrs. Pretzer, I am gravely disappointed to write this review. My wife loved the workouts until her physical wellness took a turn for the worse. Now she feels guilty because we can not seem to shake this expense after several email requests & calls to your establishment. Please advise me the best way for us to move beyond this, because emails and calls do not seem to move the needle.

My wife has been going there for couple months and she got me to sign up. This is my 3rd visit and I love this place. Staff are very friendly, starting with the trainers (Nate) and the front desk (Jojo).Workout is intense and if you're looking to loose weight or get in shape or muscle strength you need to try this place out. It's very close to my house and I wish I started sooner.

Burn Boot Camp Gilbert is AMAZING!! I decided to try them out when I was getting tired of my regular routine at the gym. After being a competitive athlete for years I missed that push and needed somewhere to challenge myself. I fell in love within the first 5 minutes. The trainers were awesome, other members were welcoming and supportive, and the music and upbeat workouts kept me engaged. It is truly for everyone and they modify any way they can to make sure everyone is getting a solid work out in. I saw an opportunity to work there and had to jump on it!! It was such an honor to become a member of this team. The people who walk in and out of this gym are incredible and the community instantly becomes a family. A year working for them and I decided I needed to do more for them. I am now a certified trainer and couldn’t be more proud to be a part of Burn Gilbert. It is endless fun, with progress, results, empowering workouts, accountability partners, great child care staff, and so so much more. They do so much to make sure everyone feels welcome and heard, whether it comes to chatting in private focus meetings or making sure your child is being taken care of in the child care room. I am so very grateful for Burn and recommend it to anyone that I run in to. This gym does all that they can to provide for their members. Come join this community, you leave the gym feeling amazing! I can’t say enough good things about a Burn Boot Camp Gilbert! From day 1 they knew my name, and that along with the encouragement keeps me coming back! No matter what your fitness level, you will be cheered on, encouraged, and helped to grow. Their trainers are the best in the business-they are qualified, focus on personal connection, and bring a high amount of energy and joy to every class. The childcare is fantastic and my kids can’t wait to come back every time I bring them! I’ve dropped sizes, grown muscle, and been in the best shape of my life since joining them!

I just started with Burn boot Camp in Gilbert, I really appreciate the 'kindness' and 'fun encouragement' of not only the trainers and staff; but the other members have been really welcoming too. 'High 5's' and 'good job' exhortations are abundant.It's exactly what I need right now. It feels like a safe place to begin my fitness and health journey.

Love the motivation from the trainers Danielle and Danielle. Each day is a new workout that keeps me challenged. Also love the community involvement and support from my Burn Sisters! You wont be disappointed! I started with a 30 day trial and loved it so much I decided to sign up and I don't regret it. Now I look forward to it everyday and I miss it when I can't go. Try a free camp!

Wonderful workout, amazing coaches, supportive and very do-able for busy moms! Tons of camp times! I look forward to going and working out. Love this establishment it’s a wonderful gym family! Support with nutrition and focus meetings to help you stay on track and achieve your goals to be the best you! Burn has free child care also! They offer yoga and monthly goal boards to keep motivated! They reach out to their clients daily with Facebook message boards and are always approachable. Ultimately you are in charge of your fitness but, they make it so easy and fun. Love Burnbootcamp Gilbert can’t believe I waited so long to sign up!

Best decision I ever made was to choose Burn Boot Camp Gilbert. It is so much more than just a workout, we are a family, who support and encourage each other. The workouts are not boring they are fun and different all the time! The Trainers are amazing! They do offer free child care, Yoga, kids camp! Such an amazing place and I am so happy to be a part or the burn family! 💙
