I absolutely love this training gym! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly welcome from the staff.The trainers, Preston, Dante, Josh, & Randi are amazing!They are knowledgeable and helpful, providing guidance and support to help me achieve my fitness goals. I've also taken some of the group fitness classes, which are always challenging and fun. The instructors are energetic and motivating, making the classes a highlight of my week.Overall, I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and well-equipped fitness facility. The staff truly care about their members and go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome and supported. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my workouts!

My son started attending D1 in November 2022. We started him with the devo classes to help him with conditioning for next years football season. After a couple weeks, we decided to invest in 1 on 1 Personal Training with Dante.Dante is a phenomenal personal trainer and has helped our son grow in many aspects. Not only is he a great personal trainer, Dante has done a great job maintaining a relationship with my son. My son is shy at times, and Dante has done a fantastic job learning about him and making him feel comfortable while they work out. My son doesn't just consider Dante a personal trainer, he sees him as a friend who's holding accountable while he works out.
