If anyone say this is a great gym… you have not been to another gym. All the machines I got on made noise and were in need of repair. Worst EŌS I have been too in the valley.

This is what you get at EŌS - 16 pieces of equipment broken. One of the cable machines has been broken over a month. The other now is broken. The staff says they can’t do anything because they have put the ticket in a corporate and corporate is not doing anything.It is very difficult to find equipment available at peak times and much worse when they don’t fix stuff.

This is the best Gym I ever attended, and the best price. Even is the best of all the EoS gym's. It has equipment than the others don't. Necesito is so crowd. It has Pool, cinema, its perfect.

This is my new favorite EOS club. It's very clean, has ample cardio equipment, and a spacious lifting floor. We've only been once so far, but the staff was friendly and it wasn't too crowded.

The Gym is fine, clean and well maintained. However, this gym is entirely way too small for the location in Gilbert. Good luck going anytime before 8 pm during the week. Please open another larger location to accommodate the community you are in. Gilbert is extremely saturated.

This is probably the worst gym I’ve ever been to they have 0 customer service I request to speak to a supervisor every call I’ve been in and they tell me they are in a meeting. I cancelled my membership about 3 years ago now and started getting collection notices I was like that was strange so I looked into it and when I went to cancel the first time I was shrugged off and they told me it would be taken care of I told them I was moving and no one took care of it. I’ve told this story about a million times and have called 4 times today and no pick up.

Overall very happy so far with this location. I weight train daily with a variety of machines and this gym has everything I usually need. I got the $9.99 basic plan that includes a lot of the extras. For the price the place is a steal compared to your normal $40-$60 gym fees. Showers and changing room seemed clean.

I was a member for about three years, and then I canceled my membership. I immediately started getting all kinds of text and calls about my EOS membership and issues with the payment And to call them or it will go to collections . I get about a dozen a week. I didn’t cancel the payment on them, I went into there and canceled my membership. It’s like a big screw you as soon as you cancel your membership.

Who ever that tiny lady with tattooed eye brows is was extremely rude. I guess she’s theVP? Anywho I tried cancelling my membership since the first attempt was never completed a year ago!!! She was extremely rude, the front staff even confirmed with me that she treats customers and staff the same way. I have filed a law suit again EOS and reported to the BBB. This woman should not be handling customers. Please cancel my membership otherwise I will proceed with further action. This gym is not clean, staff looks over worked and there’s never anyone at the front. The first encounter I had with this lady Kate? Katie? Idk but she was extremely rude stating she couldn’t atleast refund the recent charges and “oh well nothing much I can do, go somewhere else.” DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS GYM!!!!! Stay far away!!!

I was excited to have a ESO Fitness near my home. Overkill on cardio equipment! I'm all for it but keep it Balance. There's a running Cinema, cycling Studio, boxing Studio, Hoops Studio, class room, plus 40 give or take cardio equipment in the main lobby with a artificial turf for pushing around weights and jungle gym looking thing. Way too many people and equipment is place way too close. You can't even get a good workout without hitting elbows or waiting in line for equipment. Poor layout for this gymOverall... GREAT gym for cardio loving folks (when it's not over human beings capacity) nice equipment, locker rooms are big and nice, Friendly front desk staff. This ESO gym needs more workout equipment, less treadmills and more personal space so it doesn't feel like the person next to you isn't breathing hot air on you.I attended this gym anytime from 3-9pm
