After a couple go-rounds with covid and a boutique with a-fib and it's recovery I had lost my way and my training drive.. need a jump start. I found Rick and we started a 3-a-week re-training program to get me back in the gym and making a healthy comeback. A few months later thanks to Rick's drive and expertise in nutrition and personal training... yes.. even the dreaded rowing machine.. I feel better than I have for years.. my clothes are getting baggy.. and my golf game is getting stronger again! Can't say enough about this young man... we train.. we laugh.. we train some more.. just the way I like it! Thanks again my friend for guiding me back to the healthy side of the gym! Ken

I can’t recommend Rick enough! He has been a huge part of my weight loss journey and has quickly become more than “just my trainer”. He is so good at what he does - he pushes you, motivates you, and educates you. Even when I’m having a bad day, after a workout with Rick I’m back to feeling good and laughing at his stupid jokes haha. Go with Rick as your trainer, you won’t be disappointed!!

Rick is awesome, for years now he has given nothing but amazing and CORRECT/ACCURATE advice, he knows exactly what he is talking about. And truly cares about helping you reach your goals, and shares excitement and praise about you reaching them. Very knowledgeable about both diet and exercise. He also is always willing to have a conversation about any questions you have. Very enthusiastic, I highly recommend.

The support and guidance you receive when you hire Rick Wells is unmatched. I was postpartum with my second baby when I hired him and was uncertain of my capabilities, but Rick gave me the confidence I needed to reach my goals, I lost over 20lbs and several inches in a few short months! What an out of mind and our body experience training with the one and only Rick. If you are looking for NO excuses, a lot of laughs and a little bit of cries, look no further, Rick the MAN is here. Just do me a favor when you train with him, make sure to ask for The Bulgarian Squat Specialty, you won’t be disappointed! In all seriousness, he got me insane results that I have been trying to do myself for years and to be honest didn’t think my body could ever look so lean and toned. I am forever grateful for him. He is your coach, friend and your accountability!
