LA Fitness

Help me understand why this club is signature? No towel service, poor cleanliness, no racquetball courts, and sauna is broken.

Standard gym with employees who DO NOT UNDERSTAND they are not doctors, lawyers or cops. Check your egos guys.

Good gym but having a Sauna down for a month since I’ve signed up. Still no word if it will be fixed management probably avoiding it.

This location is something else. You pay for a month just to have most of the equipment broken and the sauna shut down for the majority of it. I wish they had more diligence when it came to keeping up with repairs. Guess I could always sit in the parking lot for the sauna time lol 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ …

If I could leave zero stars I would. Customer service is terrible. Half of the items do not work inside of the gym. The manager is very condescending and aggressive. Membership terms change often.

Horrible. There at 6am this morning. Left 15 minutes later as know one showed up to open. Happens alot. Usually out of soap in men's locker room. Paying way too much for what I'm getting.

The new management here has blown me away, it's so clean, and everyone is excited to see me. I love coming here, they have truly helped my weight loss journey. I can't thank Shelby enough for how she changed my life. Ps. She is just getting into knitting and will give you free advice if you ask!!

I like the cleanliness of this facility . That is the reason I gave it a 2 instead of a 1. The problem is the Pool heater is constantly breaking down . I have to call every time and the answer is usually it’s not working today . This has been going on all winter long. The manager of the facility just laughs this off as a problem that can’t be fixed . She really doesn’t care as most of her customers are using the weight machines .

Cancelled my membership with my sales rep over a month ago (manager not available). Got collections calls. Came in today to find out why and manager Paige refused to process my cancellation request unless I first paid for two months of service despite having prepaid my final month of service when I signed up. She told me I could not have cancelled a month ago without having spoken with her and she doesn’t remember me. Awful customer service. At least now they have my cancellation in writing. 👎

I like this LA Fitness primarily because its brand new. Facilities are clean and the sauna is bright with recessed wall lights. You will also find these overhead lights allover the gym area. if you like nice interiors and great lighting like me, you willenjoy working out in this branch. Things I did not like are the tight spaces and machines are placed too near each other. Traffic can be awkward if you are using the equipments across the HIIT room, they crammed in a tiny desk in this space making it narrower. It is also an added value that they provide small towels in the locker room, but people are using it on the benches and on the floor - not very hygienic. Overall a good LA fitness branch, but perhaps not a nice place during busy hours. And avoid using the towels!
