I've been training at NAK for over two years. My wife, five years. Amazing school with even more amazing instructors. This place literally changed my and my wife's lives. It's a family atmosphere teaching various martial art styles, while consistently promoting respect, discipline, honor, confidence and more.Since starting, I feel better about myself (physically, personally), have more confidence, I worry less about my wife's safety (she's soon to be a black belt), and have made friends that will last a lifetime - most of whom I now consider family.I HIGHLY recommend NAK Martial Arts to anyone. You won't find a better dojo to train.

NAK Martial Arts changed my life. The Staff made me feel so welcomed, and I loved their facility. It was always clean and orderly. The workouts always started on time, and the people who I attended classes with made me feel empowered and accomplished. Everyone was super encouraging. I loved the time I spent at NAK, and I recommend this business to ANYONE looking to find a martial arts or fitness/skills/strengthening home.

I started at NAK with my Mom at the age of 14. Shortly thereafter, my Dad and brother started training as well. NAK is more than martial arts, it is a family. I learned self-discipline and strength, both physically and mentally, that prepared me for my adult life. This organization is committed to not only teaching the art of self-defense, but gaining confidence in your abilities as individual. If I still lived in Arizona, I would not hesitate to reunite with the NAK family.

NAK has been my family for 14 years. Professor Sal and his family have an excellent martial arts school. They just don't focus on building fighters they focus on building better people through self discipline and respect. A great foundation to start your children with or for a great way for adults to start a new healthier and disciplined lifestyle. Kajukenbo is a martial art that provides you with effective self defense from different styles that your whole family will benefit from with a good environment.
