The management is horrible and unethical, not to mention the turnover on managers. I canceled both my daughters and my account back in November of 2022. The manager at the time said she would do and immediate cancellation and not do the 30 day policy since I we were not able to attend anyways. 2 months went by and suddenly I got charged for on my account from them. I call the and old manger no longer there, so spoke new manager Ariel. He tells me he sees the error and that they would refund my card and I should have it by the the following Friday.. Friday came and went and no refund. I called Ariel (Manager) back to get an update and he is not in. Days go by and no call back. So I call again and now he tells me that the refund isn't up to him and needs approval.. His story has now changed, I expressed my frustration and disappointment with him and the company for the handling of the situation after our long patronage.. Never got refund! Fast forward to today April 2023. No refund and now another charge on my account from them. I call and of course manager isn't there. Not once have they ever initiated any communication with me to give me status or resolve my issue. This is fraud! I would not recommend Gilbert OTF. So if you decide to use them. Watch your accounts for charges after cancellation and keep you documentation.. I still haven't received a refund and still getting changed by them.

The coaching staff is the best! The management is sub par and will not respond. I have inquired 3 times via email for correspondence and one time in person with no response. With the increased pricing and overall cost to be a member, all aspects of the facility should be top notch including management.

Coaches are great. They always have good music and great energy. The front desk is always kind and helpful. This location clearly cares about the members.

I was always greeted by the front desk staff when i come. Coached are real energetic and knowledgeable. Also the best workout program i ever found. The people at this location are amazingggg !!!!!!!
