I got a guest pass, and used it today 01/29/20, the lady at the counter completely blew me off because she was in a conversation with a friend. I walked around a little by myself then this really nice guy helped me and saved the experience. That is the only reason I gave it 3 stars.

The staff here is always friendly no matter what time of day you go. The gym and locker room is always immaculate. Glad I made the switch and joined Planet Fitness!

it's ok. The facility is clean and seems ok. The price is right. I cut my leg on a sharp edge of metal near the treadmills, so be careful. Also, sometimes people tell you one thing when you are signing up.. and another thing once you have signed your contract. My wife has a black membership and was told she can always bring a guest into the secret area where they are pampered. I am just a regular member, so we thought I could go to the fancy area and visit my wife every once in awhile. Well.. we were my wife couldn't bring a 'regular' membership person in there. haha, sounds so funny. We will have to just change her membership to a regular member.

Great gym, friendly staff, it’s clean and around 11pm nice and quiet! Hydro massage beds and tanning booths are a great add! Wish I joined them before I joint LA fitness where the staff has an attitude and they close at 11pm on weekdays and at 8pm on weekends ...

My go-to for working out. I love how it is right next to AZ Ice Gilbert. Equipment is great and well cared for. I only wish they had a key holder thing like the Tempe location has.

I did enjoy the gym in the beginning now they’re people who bring other people there to train. They occupy multiple machines even when they are not on them. And if you ask to use the machine they tell you NO they are using it and they are very rude!

I was billed double my monthly fees for 10 consecutive months. As soon as I noticed, I got my facts straight and called hoping to resolve the matter immediately. Instead, I was told by the manager that I digitally signed to upgrade my membership online (when I have never even opened the PF website; and had all of my documentation showing the agreed upon monthly fees per email & PDF files). They also did not want to reimburse my money and were insistent on giving me PF credit; I persisted and finally got a reimbursement days later. I thought to give them a second shot, but when they asked me for a back-up credit card (despite their access to my checking/banking information), I could not trust them with a second payment method. I do encourage members to check their statements, in case this happens to you. I'm bummed to have to cancel, because it was otherwise a decent gym.

Cancelled my membership only to be charged and yes I cancelled before the10th as to not have this happen yet it happened. When I came in to see what happened it turned out they cancelled someone elses membership! When asked if I was going to get a refund I was told only the manager can do that and that they will be contacting me....well, TWO months later and still waiting to hear from a manager of this location! PF isn't all that great makes me wonder if all the positive reviews are paid for or done by employees!

Clean facility. Got all the equipments you need for working out. Just didn't like the idea of them taking both my credit card and checking account information to charge for the monthly $10 and yearly $39 fees separately when I first signed up. Way too much privacy information to give out.

I would honestly give this place 5 stars if they would fix their elliptical machines. Seriously, they are all programmed wrong and they are so annoying and dangerous. First, you set the level and the machines won't move out of level 1. I can set it to level 20 and it's still functioning on level 1. I usually have to switch machines and play around to get it to work for 5 minutes before I can even get one to work. Then, once you get them to work, without any warning, the machine turns off! I'll be on level 17 giving it my all and the machine resets to level one and I lose all the data from my workout (time, calories, distance). Literally, if I wasn't holding on with 2 hands I could get seriously injured. Then, I have to finish my workout so I have to take another 5 minutes to get the machine to work again. Right in the middle of my workout. SO annoying!! I have complained numerous times and they have told me that many people have complained and they're working on it. But I've been coming here since they opened and it's been a problem since then...so like 9 months or something like that.Otherwise this place is great. I'll update my review when the machines are fixed.
