FitFx is the best! It is a great place to improve and maintain health. At FitFx, you will find inclusivity of all levels of fitness. The coaches are proactive and instruct proper form to keep members injury free. They offer different options upfront during the exercise demonstration -making it comfortable if you need a modification in that you don’t have to always ask. The food plan is amazing, too, it really helps me to lessen cravings and keep my weight goal maintained. Highly recommend!

I joined this gym a couple of months ago and it's the most consistent I've been in my workout routine in years. They alternate between cardio and resistance days, so your body never feels too worn out to go back-to-back days. And cardio does NOT involve treadmills and instead focuses on anaerobic exercises that are sure to elevate your heartrate (hello, burpees and battle ropes!). The coaches are motivating and promote safe and sustainable workouts with the focus on long-term mobility. You are definitely challenged, but never exceeding your limits to cause injury. Highly recommend for anyone looking for accountability and a sustainable workout routine.

I attended my first class with Lacey tonight, and she was amazing! Lots of energy, lots of positivity, and lots of push to finish strong! I appreciated her demonstrating how exercises could be adapted for less or greater difficulty based on a variety of fitness levels in the class. The workout was challenging and never boring!

I loved working out with my sister during my recent trip back to Arizona. Everyone was so welcoming, kind, and helpful. Each exercise was explained perfectly so I wouldn't injure myself. The trainers were awesome and helped during the workout to ensure I was doing each exercise correctly. I can't wait to return when I come back over Christmas break. Thank you for fantastic workouts that made me sweat and also were a blast to do.

This place is amazing! I’ve been working out and teaching fitness classes forever but really needed to go somewhere where they would push & challenge me to work harder! The resistance classes are the best! Everyone is lifting heavy and working hard and the coaches are fun & friendly! I’ve gotten complacent with my workouts and at FitFX, that is definitely changing!Highly recommend!

This gym has the most amazing workouts that work perfectly for me. I love the group setting and how encouraging everyone is with each other. The coaches push you but also help you at your level!! There’s room for everyone from beginner to advanced and as a beginner I don’t feel out of place. Great gym!

Great gym! The staff are conscientious, informed, and engaging. This really makes the motivation element of community genuine and authentic! They have meal plans, tailored workout regimens, and know how to track your progress along the way. They really do guide you if your a novice or experienced. This gym has been so good for me. I started going last November after taking time away from any gyms due to COVID and having a new baby. I was a bit downtrodden at the time but this gym, the workouts, the people, the trainers, and the atmosphere of it was a life saver. I've reached a fitness level now that I never thought I could get back to after retiring from polevaulting and heptathlon training. If you go to this gym and work hard during the time you're there, you'll be happy with the results. Key word: work hard.

This is the very best gym around!If you're tired of not seeing results at the gym, not loving your workouts, and you hate working out with a billion other people around where you have to wait around for equipment to free up then Team Afterburn in the place for you!The coaches are amazing - they'll help teach you the correct form, motivate you and know just when to give you that little push you need! They offer regular reassessments which have really helped me to stay on track. I also really love how nice and friendly everyone is here - you may walk in not knowing anyone but I promise you'll leave feeling like you you're one of the team and you just finished a badass work out with your friends!They've got many convenient class times, a COVID friendly environment with small class sizes where everything is disinfected frequently, and in under an hour I can be in and out! It doesn't get much better than Team Afterburn!

After many months of not using my workout equipment at home, I went looking for another way to lose weight and get into shape. I'd driven by Team Afterburn, saw the sign, checked out the website, met Phil, saw the concept, and signed up for the 6-week Trial. Wow! It's like having a personal trainer in a small group setting. You don't have to think about your workout - it's all done for you. There are several classes a day, Mon-Sat, to choose from and each class is different. It's both individual and team focused in a positive and upbeat atmosphere complete with lights and energizing music. It's also efficient. You're usually in and out in under an hour. I've lost inches and pounds while gaining strength, especially in my core and legs. I work from home and sit in front of the computer a lot so this gets me out of the house, around other people, and moving in the right direction. The trainers are knowledgeable, caring, and push as needed. Team Afterburn is proof that workouts can be fun. I highly recommend Team Afterburn to anyone!
