24 Hour Fitness

When registering, they told me that you will pay only one dollar for the first month, but after 2 weeks $49.99 were withdrawn from my account for the annual fee. And When I called, they said it would not be returned. I didn't use any classes there, even for a single session.It's better to pay cash to such places so that they cannot withdraw from your account.

There is rampant theft happening here, and all they can do is post warning signs...

I havent been to many gyms and honestly, this experience makes me not want to get any membership. The manager at this location is money hungry. Stating they don't get payed on commission of each member is a load but ok. Absolutely will not be returning.

I don’t know why so many entitled teenage adults are complaining. I’ve been to lost 24 hours in the LA area and very few are as nice as this one. Staff was a little dogdy but it’s a 24 hour fitness what do you really expect? Even my Scandinavian friend had nothing bad to say about the place and their side walks are cleaner than LA tap water. I think most people in this area just a little out of touch. This gym is nice and a great deal for what you pay.

The dirtiest gym Ive ever been, all hair and dust around the machines. It seems no one cares about this facility. I know someone will reply to this review and say thank you for bringing this up, sorry to hear this , we will do this we will do that . No you dont need to reply to my review, because you already answered to many reviews which are the same, i dont need your false promises, dont reply , just move and do something , be professional.

This place is disgusting,no customer service,not professional stuff!and the most important is when u go to locker rooms u want to throw up thats how dirty they are!!i am a member already for 9 years and definitely gonna cancel my membership.never get a membership of this gym

I am going here pretty long time I like the place and their equipment but it Very Very Very dirty unfortunately doesn’t matter how much you complain no one listing I could never meet the manager every time they brought excuses and this place CLOSING at 10 but they turn off the light 9:30 to the point you can fall it’s super disappointing unfortunately

Tried to do a 3 day pass. Was told this location does not do that BUT they were happy to just sign me up. Nope, why would I sign up for a gym I can't ever try. TERRIBLE business plan. Seriously "we don't accept the passes but I'll be happy to just sign you up."... Why does this bother me so much. 😒 …

its a fine gym, but they really need more space for people doing mat exercises or stretching. they have this whole space that is restricted for personal use which is really stupid because it isn’t being used 90% of the time. i just wanted a quiet little corner to finish off my workout and stretch, but then this instructor rudely kicks me out of the space to teach her class of exactly 0 human beings lol. i’ve been to other 24 hour fitness locations and they don’t really care if the class space is being used when classes aren’t in session (which only makes sense). if you’re going to be this uptight about that space, at least provide more areas for people who need it.

Justin was a very accommodating guy. Four stars for Justin. The gym was small, crowded and hot, however.
