Wow, I came to leave an honest review about Tribon Andry, the manger at this location, and it seems someone took the words right outta my mouth… Horrible human to be working in human relations management. If he wasn’t apart of this Gym I’d give it a 4 star, He is condescending at the very best. Snarky bratty attitude and downright terribly mannered — Help this gym and fire him please

Manager/salesman lied me about the contract when I wanted to cancel it. He told me that it’s a year contract, though it was actually month by month payment. Hate it.Don’t trust the staff, check the contract and their written policy. Besides, it’s often overcrowded and you have to wait a significant amount of time to get what you want. I wouldn’t choose that gym even for a 1 dollar because they’ll find the way to get more from you

What is this? Lol. Are part of the staff included in the gym community or just money hungry? As someone who checks in 6 outta 7 days of the week, this place is a joke. The Gold’s app has been lagging on charging my account due on the 10th. And when I told the front desk girl (short, big one) “Can I swipe after I’m done? My card is all the way in my car” she refused to let me continue. Mind you, they have my card on file, ID, photo, etc. Is my 1.5hr workout going to create an inconvenience for you to just let me stroll on in and pay again after?I wasn’t going to create an inconvenience to walk half a mile back to my car just to swipe my card. Neither would I have done that to a patron of the business I work for.“You have to pay for your dues before you come in.” Is it my fault the Gold’s gym app takes forever to process an ACH payment? What’s the point of joining these commercial gyms when some of the staff are literally incoherent with customer service standards and just care about money as if they own the company. The fees we pay doesn’t even reflect the equipment. Steam room always broken, squeaky equipment, rubber falling apart on grips, someone’s throw up next to the cardio machines, non functioning buttons on machines, missing hoops on cable machines rendering it useless. Etc. the list goes on.Moving to Anytime Fitness and LM Fitness down the street. This will probably be the best decision I’ve made so far.

Constantly overcrowded. Can actually do my full workout every once in a while if i get in at 0500 and even that early is a game of chance.Serious and committed people will be better off elsewhere.

This place is very overcrowded, you don’t get to workout properly because you have to wait 10 min just to get on any machine or bench. Members have no gym etiquette and the gym staff don’t care. Weights are never in the correct place. Do yourself a favor and find another gym.

Staff aggressively forced me to join the membership, and you literally have to wait in line to use a machine, no matter which time you go. Never seen a gym so crowded (I swear it was like a Disneyland). Difficult process to get through in order to cancel your membership. Nice place and equipments, but worst experience.

I know it’s not their fault but, why does everyone in Glendale drive with their eyes closed? It took forever just to get parking on the right floor. Overall, the new membership process was quite easy. Got a quick tour, steam room wasn’t working and don’t think it ever will… (missing star) Just like that, I was working out within 15 mins of signing up. The gym itself was nice and refreshing compared to the older Golds gym’s with newer equipment, amenities, classes, offers such as; drinks, pre-work out, post and protein. If parking didn’t take me as long as it did then I would consider coming here often. Members are pretty considerate when it comes to cleaning a station and not hogging it for hours. It should also be noted that it was very cold inside which made the gym feel welcoming and one didn’t have to worry about others body odor.

Pretty good and clean gym. The people are usually friendly. I've only had a handful of issues. Staff is usually nice but the maintenance times are kinda long. Good variety of machines and a huge free-weight section. There's also a nice view out the back window by the treadmills. My only complaint would be the amount of highschool boys that have 0 gym etiquette that go there around 4-6 ish.

The gym is big but always have broken machines, and to deal with a account info or cancel an extra account you'll have to deal with another company that is not related to gold's gym. Basically they wanna charge you for as long as they can. Bad bad bad.

deceptive team that works there. I would have everything in writing before signing anything with them
