This place is just magic... Heather is so knowledgeable about a dancers body.. She takes the time to listen and really get to the root of the issues. She has helped my daughter be so much more aware of her body. Love Balanced Physical Therapy.

I had an Achilles tear in my right leg. Heather took amazing care of me. She got me in right away, taped me so that I could walk for an event I had to go to that night. She adjusted all my sessions so I could have all the therapy I needed and still go to work. She made my experience all around very pleasant. I would highly recommend!

My daughter has gone here for several months now, first for physical therapy and then for Pilates for dancers. My daughter is an advanced dancer and was having unexplained knee pain for several weeks. Heather worked one on one with her over several sessions to identify the pain, performed exercises and treatment to improve her strength and reduce pain, and showed her proper technique and additional exercises to perform at home. Now my daughter attends weekly Pilates classes which also greatly improve her strength and technique in her dancing. Heather is so kind and caring, and really knows her stuff with regard to physical therapy and strength building. My daughter loves going to her.

I had a regenerative procedure done to my hips and went to Balanced for physical therapy to regain strength and mobility in my hips. The personalized care I received from Heather for over a year was excellent. She spends the entire appointment time with you alone, which I understand is rare among PT providers. Each visit she listened, took thorough notes, assessed my progress, addressed my current needs and gave me exercises to do at home as well. I always left feeling great!I now do Pilates classes there four times a week with Heather and Ade. There again, the personalized attention is top notch. I've done Pilates at a chain studio where the instructors change and the classes are large. At Balanced classes are small and your instructor knows you and your health issues. They are so well-trained, caring and fun, and they make sure you are using proper form so you get the most benefit from each exercise, modifying when necessary to fit your particular needs.Everyone at Balance Physical Therapy and Pilates is kind, helpful and attentive. Go see them--you won't be disappointed. :)

I am currently taking Pilates classes at Balance Physical Therapy and I highly recommend this studio to everyone I talk with. Heather takes an approach that is focused on doing things safely, accurately and helps to make modifications for each client in a personalized way throughout the entire class. These classes have enabled me to strengthen my core, build stability in my body, and as a result provided me with a freedom from pain in my lower back, which I have not had in many years. The entire staff at this studio is filled with kindness and truly care about people. The classes are challenging, but so much fun…and I always look forward to going! I am so grateful that I found such an incredible place that provides such positive, life changing balance.

I started Pilates at Balanced Physical Therapy on a recommendation from my doctor. I have had chronic back problems and sciatica for years. I was considering spinal injections but my doctor told me his wife had been doing Pilates at Balanced physical therapy and was feeling better.I have been doing Pilates at Balance once a week for a few months now and my sciatica is greatly improved. At 62 years old my core strength has never been better. The staff at Balance is knowledgeable and friendly with a with a wide range of expertise in physical therapy.I even recommended my Chiropracto to Balance and know she is a regular. She told me since doing Pilates she even feels taller 😁Thank you Heather and Bert for all your help restoring me to better health.
