Love this gym very Clean and organized

this location is a smaller EOS gym; however, out of all of the ones i’ve been to, this one is my favorite by far. everyone there is so nice, especially AB, the guy at the front desk. he’s always so positive and has a big smile on his face. customer service is so important and AB is on point! i also like this gym because everyone does their own thing. it’s not about competition nor is it a fashion show, plus the environment is super chill..

I am a black card member. And I’ve never been to this location, so I looked up Google images and Eos showed equipment and things that don’t exist here. The sauna shows it has a salt Rockwall. There’s no such thing. All you get is a small coed sauna in the pool area. I paid $10 a month to have access to towels and they don’t even offer towels at this location. I also was hoping to use the recovery room which is included in my black membership, and when I asked the gentleman at the front desk, his response was “I don’t think we have one of those here” the amenities are lackluster and the gym is small.

This gym is very close to my house. Unfortunately, I had to switch to Vasa for the following reasons:- Cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms- Lack of variety of equipment- Workout rooms are always locked- There are not enough mirrors, especially at the stretching areas- The overall distribution of the machines is very strange. That limits the installation of mirrors, which are highly important to work on your posture.- Management needs to benchmark with other gym nearby to adjust their rates. EOS’s fees are too high considering that is a very basic gym.- There are not enough matsI hope they consider people’s reviews to add more equipment, change the layout, add mirror, and maintain the cleanliness of the place. Once they do this, I may consider going back.

Do not get a membership here. Do not sign up for personal training here. You will regret it.

This place was nice, now it is dirty. The showers have not been cleaned since Monday and it is Thursday (possibly longer). I have already let them know and still nothing is being done about. Their response was to go to another EOS location. There is more problems to report however, I want to see if they will fix this first.

Worst customer service.almost like the employees are to go to do anything to help.every time I have questions I get alot of" I don't know" answer which are the worst.i even signed up for multiple free trainer lessons and never got call backs.might be time to go to Vasa or mountainside after my last experience here

From the front desk staff, to the gym staff, and to the facility... Awesome job... Love working out here

They refill their spray bottles with water, half the machines are broke for weeks at a time, and don’t get me started on how stupid busy it always is
