I can honestly say this was the best drop in experience Ive ever had dripping in at a box.The place is clean, we were immediately welcomed and politely asked questions to ascertain the level of support we would need. The coach (T - sorry I don’t know how to spell her full name) was incredibly professional and welcoming. Absolutely cannot recommend this place enough!

Wonderful box that is serving they’re community well!! No elitism or clicking as felt here. I felt very welcomed, well coached and motivated. You can feel the love at this place. Workout was a bruiser and able to be scaled for all experience levels. Will definitely be returning to this gem of a CrossFit box.

I wanted to get back into CrossFit after 3 years and I was a bit apprehensive to say the least. When I went to my first workout, I knew immediately 623 was going to be amazing! The owners are very welcoming, responsive, and helpful. They treat you like family. Coach Tiare is extremely knowledgeable, encouraging, and supportive. The best in the business. She really is a fantastic coach! The same is to be said for all the coaches here. They focus on safety first and getting a great workout regardless of your fitness level. I highly recommend this box. Give it a try! You’ll love it.

Excellent community, quality coaches, all around great box! The coaches scale workouts well and complete thorough warm ups to decrease injury risks and prepare everyone for the workout. As a community outreach they even offer a free class ever Saturday morning! I’d recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

Great vibe...coach T is good at what she does and very aware of each athlete in her class. Owner Fausta has compassion in her eyes at all times.Plenty of equipment.

Great box to drop in! I am visiting Arizona and messaged CrossFit 623 to drop in and they were super fast to answer. Everyone in this box is helpful and very welcoming. Must say that the coaches are great!! Really focused on technique and tips and cues and I really appreciated that. Looking forward to coming back here every time I visit AZ! Highly recommend!
