I come here whenever I am in town. Great gym with excellent equipment. Chad and Tom do an amazing job with the place and taking care of the staff and the customers. The trainers are very knowledgeable and you can tell they really enjoy working there.Many of the other customers take lifting seriously and it helps motivate me to get more out of my workout.Thank you Fitness 1 team!
