This is a private club. It was incredible what I saw on their website for gymnastics that they offer on Fridays. You don't need to be a member for that. But you do have to fill out some forms and disclaimers, it looks like. I'm actually really curious as to what that looks like. Wrestling gymnastics? I have no clue. I might sign up just to see what it's all about for my daughter.

They advertise their summer camps as open to wrestlers from other clubs and they really shouldn’t. Coaches and fellow wrestlers belonging to this club were clicky and obnoxious towards wrestlers from other clubs that decided to give their summer camps a try, making for a really bad experience for them, which included a total lack of sportsmanship and encouragement while training. Never wasting my money on these camps again.

We have been a member of Groundhouse for 3 years. We have seen a lot of growth in our wrestling and as individuals. I appreciate the club, the coaches and the camaraderie.

I wish we would have known about LC and the guys sooner. My son has learned so much, and is competing at a completely different level than he was before. They are tough, but they put their heart and souls into teaching the boys strong enough to handle it.

My son attends Grindhouse off season. He’s progressed a lot and loves being part of the family. You get what you put in.
