I called to cancel my subscription, and the manager argued with me for almost 20 minutes about how I signed the papers and read them incorrectly (I did not receive any papers), about how my sign up went and what I was told verbally (I didn’t speak with him when I went in person so how does he know). He spoke over me, interrupted me, and his last words were “I don’t have time for this”. I was calling to cancel, and I got an earful on how he runs his business. I’ve never spoken to anyone so unprofessional. This is unfortunate because the trainers were amazing. However, the manager was so disrespectful and out of line.

I have came to this gym for over about 6 about to be 7 months and overall this gym is definitely recommend the coaches are so dedicated to their work to try help us get better and have us work hard. It feels like family inside the gym and coaches are always there if you want to get better. Excellent gym in Arizona!

My son started training at this boxing facility. It has been a very good experience. Everyone is so welcoming. The owner is very humble and does what it takes to help anyone out. This is one of the best boxing gyms.
