Everyone in there is super nice and they know what they are doing, they are improving everyday in their skills and that is awesome.

I have been here for the past three months and i love it so much!!! All of the staff members are SUPER nice, kind hearted!! They are really nice and teach really good!! I love talking to all of them, they make me feel like i am with my friends again!!

Tried a boxing group class for the first time and it was equally as challenging as it was fun and motivating! Highly recommend for anyone that's interested in leveling up mentally and physically :)

Really nice boxing gym. The layout is really good with the ring heavy bag rack and a weight room area. Very clean and friendly staff.

The kid who runs this joint is something else. Walked in kid made a deal with me. I need help with cardio, I told I only need two month because I was leaving Out of state. Kid told me only two month nothing extra. Kid ended up Charging me extra month and a deposit. Then when I asked him to fix it. 🤷🏽‍♂️ is all I got. The workout was a knock off Insanity Routing. Don’t know, look up beach body. A lot cheaper, better workout. Place 100 not worth it. I was never rude and I was clear with my intention when I walked in and would have never signed up if I would have had to pay extra. Because I told the kid a lot. If I can’t do two months it’s okay. Won’t ever recommend.

The facilities are well-maintained, offering ample space and top-notch equipment. As a parent looking for a gym that accommodates both my fitness goals and my children's interests, I am thrilled to have found Knockout Fitness. The gym provides a seamless experience, allowing me to work on my fitness goals while knowing that my kids are in a safe and supervised environment. This convenience has been a game-changer for me, as it eliminates the need for separate trips to the gym. It also saves me money finding childcare since they have the convenient kids class with their own instructors, while I have my own instructor for the adult class! The coaching staff at Knockout Fitness has been incredibly supportive and understanding of the unique needs of families. Especially coach Stefon! They go above and beyond to ensure that both adults and children have a positive experience. The coaches have been accommodating at creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone, by pushing me and my kids toward our goals through positive reinforcement.

Great environment from management down to clientele. Family style. For anyone looking to learn the basics or those looking for technique training: this is your spot.

I absolutely loved it here, everyone is so welcoming and inviting, you don’t feel the pressure to be the best and the most fit. Everyone is there to support each-other in their fitness journeys whether a beginner or an expert. The staff is super considerate and always there for you!

Signing up has been one of the best investments I have made in myself, ever! I absolutely love coming to this gym whether it’s to take class or to lift. This gym has a great sense of community and is welcoming to all levels. The instructors are knowledgeable and create a fun environment while pushing you to achieve your personal best. I feel so grateful I came across this gym and would recommend this place to anyone seeking growth (:

Overall great environment to work out. Cleanliness is 10/10 never been in a gym more clean then this Knockout Fitness. You can tell the employees there care about their work place and treat it like a home! I always feel welcome when I am in the facility. Also the trainers are really great and know what they are doing! If I can give this gym more stars I would, great job to you guys over at Knockout Fitness in Glendale!
