I love going to their classes. It gets you excited to go because it is not the same from the last one. You feel motivated and that feeling after the class.. makes me feel I did something great for my body. Tawna and the team are so supportive of your health goals . You don’t get intimidated like the big gyms make me feel and I get to workout with awesome people .

A nice little gym with no thrills but has the basics down to a tee. Like well stocked gym equipment that is in good working order, fresh supply of towels (free of charge), cold water, clean floors, nice selection of music and last but certainly mot least, highly knowledgable staff who are invested as much (if not more) in your success as you are. Great little gem of a gym in North Glendale with free parking. What’s there not to like? Pit Fit keep up the GREAT work and thank you !!!!

I had been stalking PitFit for quite some time before I decided to join. I wish had done so sooner! PitFit is a collection of kind, motivating people who are all on their own personal journey of health and fitness. This isn’t your typical gym with gym shark personalities swimming about. Tawna and the PitFit crew are incredibly knowledgeable and they all want to see you succeed. The classes are fun, challenging and never boring as each instructor brings their own personality and knowledge to the session. If you’re like me, snooping around and creeping - just join! You won’t regret it!

I’ve been training with Tawna for about 5 yrs now. She helped me lose my 1st pregnancy weight and also trained me through my 2nd pregnancy. When I did private training I used to say that she was also my therapist! The group workouts are also great because it’s always different and the other members are so nice. She will definitely push you during the workouts. You may hate her during the training but will definitely love her afterwards. =)I think her facility is clean and well maintained. Parking is easily accessible which is always a plus for me!

I’ve been working out at Pit-Fit for a few years now, and this gym has been the best I’ve been to, hands down. The trainers are all fantastic, and Tawna is always a delight to be around. I’ve trained in semi-private sessions, as well as small group classes, and both experiences have been fantastic. You’re encouraged to push yourself on days when you’re feeling strong, and to respect your limits on days where you may need to take it easy. Tawna and the other trainers work with you to help achieve your goals, whatever they may be. And if that wasn’t enough, this is also the CLEANEST gym I have ever walked in to. Thank you for creating a healthy and supportive atmosphere and community, Tawna!

I have been at PitFit for nearly 2 years. A great community of people plus great training. Questions are always answered and the trainers are very knowledgeable and workouts are well thought out as to avoid any injuries. If you have an existing injury they always modify and think of ways to help. It is a small enough group that you have accountability. Everyone is comfortable working out at each ones level, together. Those days when one doesn’t want to be there, I always leave glad to have gone.For me the routine of 3x a week is perfect.

I can’t say enough about Pit Fit. I have been working out here for 2 ½ years and will continue to do so as long as I have breath! It truly is a life changer and one of the best decisions I have ever made! The classes are challenging, yet fun. No two work outs are the same so you don’t get bored with repetition. Class sizes are smaller which enables the trainers to give you one-on-one instruction on form and how to get the most out of your workout. It’s the cleanest studio you will ever find, prices are affordable and there are several class times available to fit any schedule. The Workouts are intense and effective no matter your age or fitness level. The other folks who work out here have their own personal reasons and goals for doing so and are so motivating to be around that you find yourself tapping into that energy and pushing yourself further. If you have any physical issues, the instructors will create workarounds that are effective so you can burn those calories without worrying about aggravating an existing injury or condition. Not only do you get personal attention and encouragement during your workout, Tawna also helps you with nutrition, meal planning and learning what combos of food are best AND she doesn’t shame you when you have a crazy weekend as tomorrow is another day! What kind of instructor at a gym or studio gives you that kind of one-on-one help and encouragement? Tawna does! You lose weight and get in shape at Pit Fit without feeling like you’re missing out on life. Thanks to Pit Fit, I lost 50 pounds and my insecurities and gained a new lease on life. Thank you Pit Fit!

PIT FIT is an amazing place to your work out. No matter your fitness level, you will always get a great workout. The trainers know what your level is and they tailor the workout according to that. Tawna is always trying to look for new ways to motivate her clients and make working-out enjoyable and challenging. Since the classes are designed for small groups we get an opportunity to encourage one another and have FUN while we workout. I love a good challenge when I workout and PIT FIT really does that for me.
