Awesome place. Instructors are very pleasant and guide you thru the class at a nice pace with options for up a tempo time as well as a slower pace. You don't have to know any Yoga positions to do these classes you will learn them in class from the instructors or the other Yogi's.Very cleansing mind and body routine.

DO NOT BUY THEIR CLASSES OFF GROUPON -I wish I could have tried this place. I was given a gift from my sister from Groupon $34 value or 10 classes by a specific date. They would not honor and tried to sell me a much more expensive package. My Sister and I are both really upset this has gone to waste. Money down the drain.
