Hi I’m Shay and I worked out at the gym during the evening and thought it was really nice. It was chill and they had everything I needed (lots of free weights and barbells). Convenient that it’s 24 hrs!

One of the few gyms in the Phoenix area with kilo plates and equipment needed for powerlifting. We really appreciate the generosity of the owner and their no contract, month to month gym membership.

One of the best family run gyms I’ve been to. Rodney and Mariam are extremely friendly and therefore the gym environment reflects that. The gym has all the necessities and more for a clean and efficient workout. Plus the powerlifting equipment is competition grade! 10/10 would workout here again!

Definitely recommend this gym to fellow powerlifters! There are multiple racks and deadlift spaces with easy access plates. The gym is very clean and the owners make sure that everyone who visits are aware of the rules. Everything is organized and spacious. People who visit wouldn't have to question where things are. Great environment overall and I do see myself buying monthly memberships at this gym! :D

ended up finding this gym whilst looking for a new powerlifting gym and Rodney, the owner, was very welcoming. 24 hour facility really makes it easy and convenient to always get a session in with the kilo plates. if you’re looking for a place to get the work done, definitely come here!

I had an awesome first time here! I had my last heavy SBD day of meet prep and I'm glad I made the decision to come here. It has all the powerlifting equipment you need, and their members are also cheerful and supportive. I love the ambience, and professionalism of the gym. I definitely see this place as my gym home in the near future!

My Daughter and I went there for the first time and liked it lot and had a great time. The gym was clean and the equipment was the best I’ve ever used. I have always wanted to use the reverse hyper for my lower back and as soon as I walked in I saw they had one. The people there are nice and are willing to help you in anyway you don’t see that in a commercial gym. The owners are the nicest people you will meet. We are definitely going back.

Came from the UK for the USAPL Youth Nationals, trained here twice with my son. So glad we found it. It's a fantastic facility, and Rodney (the owner) communication was great also. Appreciate the drop in.
