Ive tried for months to get in contact with the gym owner or someone to cancel my membership and have got no answer. Ive currently got 2 memberships and and get charge twice for both memberships. If i could get some feed back on the situation plss

This is the best introduction I have had to a fitness club. Shedrick was very thorough in his presentation, created a great rapport with me and the other clients, and took the time to show new members the amenities of the club and how to use the equipment. I learned quite a bit and am excited to get back to a healthier version of myself with his help.

This place is a joke!!! A pure scam for all the ages. Have you ever wanted to be tricked by the joker then this is the place for you. Gym is the size of a house with about 10 machines and 2 showers. Management is never available and equipment is always down. This is why I went to Planet Fitness! Way more equipment that is actually up to human standards and friendlier staff around the clock 24/7 to answer any questions. For $10.83 a month with NO CONTRACT you to can join at Planet Fitness and get a legit workout.

3/10 Wouldn’t Recommend (Hidden Fees) At first I liked the gym, everyone was friendly. Until one day I felt uncomfortable to workout here. So, I waited to cancel my subscription since they bonded me to a contract. When I went in the owner, Shedrick Cole, of the Lancaster location to cancel, he tells me to scan the QR code to cancel but it will continue to charge me for the next 30 days. I never heard of the cancellation policy until that day, and it wasn’t printed on the paper that said cancellation policy. I am disappointed in the way that this business/company has handled the situation all together.
