SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES! BEWARE!The reviews mentioning shady business practices are 100% accurate. Horrible customer service. We drove from Dallas (round trip 1 hour) to experience the facility with intention to join. The website mentioned a free tour and free training session - which a few friends confirmed that they had received previously. When we arrived they had us fill out a waiver which asked for extensive contact information. Afterward, they told us it would be $25 per person to try the gym. When we mentioned the free tour and training session advertised on the website, the manager stated that it’s only for a free personal training session but they don’t have any trainers at the moment, that I would need to schedule for another time, and that all he could do was give us a tour - which was also horrible. Essentially, they used false advertisement to get us there and tried to have us pay $50 to workout for a day. Then told us that it would apply to a membership but only if we signed a contract the same day which required more upfront fees and prepaid membership costs. The manager had no interest in offering a solution. His main focus was obtaining money as “he has a family to feed” -stated verbatim.

Worst membership customer care ever. They make you go through so much just to cancel your membership. And what they don’t tell you is that when you cancel, you will still be charged for the next month and any fees in-between and huh, funny, my “annual fee” just happened to fall in there too so I had to pay 2 extra months plus the annual fee just to cancel. I got scammed out of my money. Beware!!!

Amazing, equipment friendly stuff and a great gym overall. The music is a little too loud and I like loud music but lil too much. The guest pass is expensive I usually get a free guest pass at any gym I go to, and I have a free membership at Destination And Precision I don’t expect handouts, but the prices here are pretty high. I don’t have a membership here yet because I live in Dallas but the $25 each time is a bit much. Wish they would play a lot more rock instead of all rap. Don’t like hearing the N word nonstop even if I put pods on the music can be heard through. I grew up training at Metroflex in Arlington they have a balance between rap and rock, which I think all gyms should. The kids get a little annoying with their shirts off, flexing every set in the mirror and videotaping everything they do. looking forward to the new location. Wish they were in a force rules about having shirt off and rules on tripods and filming. I get it filming 5 to 10 minutes on your phone but doing it your whole work out getting in peoples way has a little overboard. No, Gym is perfect but well done. If they could adjust a few things, I mentioned above the gym would be even better. I hope the new gym plays a variety of different music.

If you’re going to play loud music all day that can be heard outside, please don’t choose songs where every other word is the N word.

Love AR only giving it 4 stars because it doesn’t have that much cardio equipment compared to other gyms.

Worked out here for years. Become worse over time in spite of some upgrades. They use a awful third party to manage their memberships. Staff turn over is pretty high. Parking is a joke almost 24/7. Owner could care less about anyone unless they are a high profile influencer. Stuff gets stolen and the cameras barely work. This gym bring in the worst type of people generally speaking. No cap on memberships so it’s overcrowded most of the time now. No real community of gym goers except for a couple people. I’ve never worked out at any other place where I just hated it over time.

The gym itself is amazing unless you hate extremely busy gym's, the only time it's not busy is like 3am. Also when I tried to cancel my membership they have you go through ABC fitness and they were telling me you cannot cancel your membership without a physical disability no exceptions. Thankfully when I reached out to the management at the gym itself they were able to help (probably only because I had military orders for relocation). If it wasn't for that whole situation with trying to cancel I'd definitely give them a higher review. The equipment is amazing with a huge array of variety. Great staff and they are 24/7. Gym is for powerlifting and bodybuilding easily.
