Visiting the Dallas area from Portland, I dropped in on a Saturday class taught by Adrianne and felt immediately at home. What a wonderful community of people - everyone was really welcoming. The class was a nice blend of mindfulness and movement for me. I will certainly be back if I find more time this weekend to do so!I am an experienced yogi and felt the class was right for me - Adrianne was helpful with alternate positions for certain poses!

According to my wife this place is so good Diana is wonderful teacher but the down side of this place is there is no begginers course.so she stop the class almost. It's hard to catch up with the people who has been doing yoga for 5 to 10 years. I hope there is a beginners course too.

DSY "Diana's School of Yoga" is my favorite studio of every studio I've been to around the country. The atmosphere is inviting and supported whether it is your first yoga class or if you are an advanced yoga student. I encourage anyone considering taking a class to do it. You won't regret it.

Diana’s School of Yoga has been a life line for me. It’s medicine for the Body, Mind and Spirit. From the warm and peaceful lavender walls to the soft and tranquil water features; From the variety of genuinely nice worldly and local students to the ever caring and learned instructors; From the Beacon of Light, Love, Wisdom and Non-judgmental Teacher and Owner, Diana is the persona of Perfection in her thirty plus years of study and practice of Yoga. If you are a beginner, you will learn, if you are advanced you will appreciate your practice here. For the past four years I have practiced yoga at DSY daily week days and often on the weekends. Another great experience is the hot yoga on Sundays, it was transformative for me. The heat is very forgiving and allows you to go deeper into your practice.I started with a standard lenght mat. Overtime my posture improved with the regular stretching and strengthening of my core. This resulting In the need to buy a extra long mat to keep my elongated limbs off the floor and on the mat.During 2018, I suffered with sciatica, (the most humbling and painful experience of my life). It crippled me physically, mentally and emotionally. I couldn’t see how I could overcome and recover from the incident. It by the Grace of God Diana performed a series of Thai sessions on me. Within four weeks I was standing, walking and back on the mat pain free.Visit the yoga family oriented environment and reap the many healthy benefits for mind body and spirit.Thank You Ms Diana, for this healthy space. Namaste. Pamela

Diana's school of yoga is truly a magical experience. When I joined it was a struggle for me because of problems with my ear and vertigo. Just rolling over or coming into a sitting position would send the room spinning.Fortunately I won second place in this years Christmas contest which was an hour of Thai Yoga. After this session I started regaining some hearing and have not experienced a single episode of dizziness since.Life is so much better now and I actually think my yoga is improving.I am forever grateful.Bonnie Carroll

I began my yoga journey with Diana when she first opened her studio. While it has grown to include more instructors, this studio has stayed true to form. Knowledgeable guides that lead you to deep understanding of your body and the art form of yoga. No matter what your ability or skill set is you will get a great workout. After taking classes here, you will find it hard to take classes anywhere else.
