Whoever owns this place really needs to pay attention to overall cleanliness. There was trash everywhere, even inside the sauna rooms. There were no available cleaning wipes to wipe anything down or sanitizing spray bottles. Made this location feel low quality and I have always had amazing experiences at other Hotworx locations. Bulbs were even broken inside the sauna rooms and hanging down, as well as broken pedals.

Today was my first day at hotworx. My experience was amazing! Jared was the person who help my friend and I. He was full of energy (early in the morning), explained every question we had, gave us a tour of the place after our workout, and gave us as much information on joining Hotworx. It’s hard to get a lot of good customer services these days. Jared went above and beyond today. He was not only this way with my visit, but the same way to everyone I saw that came in! Thanks Jared!

I do like the place. Very nice and i enjoyed working out there. I am giving one star because i have been trying to cancel my account since December for personal reason. Nothing to do with this place. I was told to send an email and was aware of the 60 days notice. Well here it is August and i just got billed again. I have called every month since February and was told every month we are sorry it will be cancelled. Last month i was told my email had been lost. Funny when i call every month they know exactly what is going on. At this point I feel robbed.

This place is amazing! Perfect for those who dont really know what workouts to do bc you really go in and follow the instructor. You get a 30min workout in just 15min! Its amazing and the people here are really nice!! Its been a great help on my weightloss journey and im now down 120 pounds!

I was introduced to HOTWORX Grand Prairie by a friend of mine &I am so happy that I came w/her! Whitney, Jared, Payton, Carson & the rest of the staff have been so helpful to me! Especially w/it being my1st time doing a workout like this& always having A LOT of questions! I'd recommend HOTWORX Grand Prairie to anyone looking for a new& great place to workout!!

After hitting a plateau, I joined hot worx and the inches started melting off. The infrared combined with the sauna is a game changer. Woot woot for the hot cycle one of my favs

Love HOTWORX Gp! Clean great music! If you prefer somewhere, small, not too busy, this is the spot for you. Once you sign up you provided with an app where you may select your designated workout session. It’s perfect for those starting out but not knowing where to begin when it comes to working out like I was you have a virtual one on one instructor. You leave drenched in sweat, tired ready to shower and go to bed. It does the job and best of all you feel accomplished definitely recommend signing up.

I have been a client here for a year and a half and I absolutely love it! It’s almost become an addiction. Not to mention all the staff is always so friendly which makes it even better. Plus the 24 hour access definitely helps for my crazy work schedule . Definitely recommend to anyone who’s on the fence…. Do it! Join HOTWORX!

Monica is so great!!! Explained everything thoroughly and was happy to answer any questions I had. Everyone is so friendly and make you feel very welcome before your workouts! I love how clean it is as well. I enjoy working out now!!!
