Life Time

As a new member, I have been really impressed. The staff is super friendly. The equipment is plentiful, clean, and in good working order. The pickleball courts are the best around. I can’t wait to use the pool and saunas (both wet and dry) and I was pleasantly surprised to see items in the cafe were maybe $1-$2 cheaper than on the outside. I’m told they are going to change the Silver Sneakers hours after the first of the year. I’m not sure why. Even though I’m not paying for my visit, they are still getting reimbursed just the same. Maybe those seniors are too wild and crazy. As nice as the pickleball courts are, there is hardly anyone playing which makes open play a little difficult. Overall it’s a beautiful place to workout.

To be 100% honest, since collegiate football, I haven’t stepped one foot inside of anyone’s gym in over 13 years. I honestly saw it as a waste of money. I felt I could train and workout in my on home or space and get the same results!! But after my second visit, I now realize this is a lot more beneficial! This place is amazing!! They have so many great classes, knowledgeable instructors and access to a plethora of equipment and tools to get you in the best shape mentally and physically! Proud to say I became a member today!!

Amazing gym, tons of equipment, amazing eucalyptus spa and dry saunas, indoor temperature controlled pool and beautiful outdoor pool. So many amenities and great staff and cleanliness. Worth the price at this gym and kids classes are an amazing plus

Love it here! Super friendly staff, extremely clean, light and airy atmosphere. Great cafe/bistro. Services offered are great. Very convenient check in and all services can be accessed through the Lifetime app.

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with the members services and I’d recommend avoiding this gym at all cost. My family and I have been a member for over a decade now, and when I was going overseas last month I put my account on hold temporarily and PAID them to do that to keep my rate. When I got back and lifted the hold they started charging me 60 dollars more per month and when I asked them about it they refused to fix it for me (I believe the person putting my account on hold did it incorrectly maybe). Terrible customer service!

Member for 8 years.. I am very pleased. Majority of staff are very friendly, polite, and professional.I have trained with two trainers over the time of my membership. Both were great.Front desk staff are awesome.They make a “ First Impression “ everyday. The following Front Desk personnel are great: Barbara, Odis, and Musken.Also, Blake ( Manager ) and Alysa ( Concierge Leader ) have provided excellent assistance to me on several occasions.Also you will be very pleased with all the facilities.

Lifetime used to be a great place to workout five years ago, since then the gym has massively deteriorated. For starters, you used to pay 60 dollars a month for access to the facility, now it’s double that for the cheapest membership. This is completely unjustifiable.They used to be open for 24 hours, now they close at midnight on the weekdays and at 11 on the weekends. They used to be full of hammer strength equipment, but swapped to TechnoGym machines in the main area, which is substantially worse. They even removed half of the turf area in the back, leaving only one soccer goal.On top of this, a day pass is 40 dollars, which is absurd for only one day. You are also charged now to use the outdoor pool and parking is always a mess. Also, good luck trying to put your account on hold or freezing it.Please save your money and go to literally any other gym in the area.

Clean facilities, great instructors, love my personal trainer. However, it’s happened TWICE now that my locker wouldn’t open, and staff would just unlock it for me without asking for any type of verification (such as: what will we find inside? Do you have an ID in the locker to prove these are your things?)Basically, all you have to do is point at a locker you want unlocked, and they’ll do it without question. Totally defeats the purpose of a locker.

The best front receptionist staff! I visited here from out of town and I could not have been welcomed and treated better. I used the pool and hot tub and had a wonderful experience. The locker rooms and showers were clean and spacious. Overall a good experience. I highly recommend!

We come to this gym when we travel to Texas. By brother in law and sister are members. This gym is huge!! Compared to Los Angeles fitness centers this one is definitely Texas Big! Very clean, professional staff and towel service. Gym floor is massive so even though it’s busy, your not waiting for machines. The gym has a good flow to it. Techno Gym cardio equipment and almost every type of cardio machine you can imagine. Overall great gym!
