Great, family friendly gym. Very supportive of the members whether it be the gym or in their everyday life. Coaches are great and have helped shape/guide my son tremendously.

This place is so welcoming and the fighters are amazing. The consistency of training and showing up for training speaks to the dedication the coaches have to helping your athlete succeed. The coaches provide feedback that is beneficial for growth not just in the ring but outside as well.

This has been an AMAZING experience for my son from DAY ONE. My son’s confidence grows more and more every day. He has gained immense self control and discipline. The coaches have helped foster this in him and all the children through direct feedback, compassion, care, and love. Coach Nimo has created a family environment in every aspect. If your child lacks strength, is overweight, out of shape, lacks confidence, is being bullied, is undisciplined, or just spends more time than you’d like on devices; BRING THEM HERE! My wife and I, as well as my son, wish we would have come here sooner!
