If you want to learn REAL Muay Thai, MMA, and solid Jiu Jitsu, then this is the place. This place offers great sparring, great technique, and a great group of people. The coaches here (Jeremy and Ashlea) take the time to actually teach you technique, and offer cornering. Highly recommend 5 out of 5 stars.
