Love the results I have obtained in a few months! I have never gotten results as I have gotten with Rockbox. The trainers Bailey, Michael and Aaron are all amazing, knowledgeable and very helpful! Very happy with results!

Came here for a class with my nurse injector Erin from Total Wellness and Beauty Medspa Mansfield and we got a killer workout! The instructor was super motivating and explained all the moves in detail. This was my 1st time coming and it went by quick..I've already scheduled my next class can't wait! I appreciate the class starting on time and I highly recommend.
