We’re from out of town and my son needed to take a drop in class. The gym is clean, staff is very friendly. Kris was wonderful and very welcoming. Would recommend this place.

They have great boxing & MMA classes.It’s only like $100 a month, so it is a great price too.I had a billing error and Matt made sure it was corrected and I was happy.I can not recommend this place enough.

Definitely Learned so much from all the members at THE GYM it’s welcoming and feels like a community the best guys I know that works a lot with me Is kris super supportive and gave me lots of encouragement throughout my membership I always love this place with my heart

First off I would like to thank coach kris and Po. Since the day I have joined the gym everyone has been so welcoming and motivational for me and my loved ones. Being a member of this team has really helped me improve in so many ways. Coach kris helps my son with his boxing, improving his skill sets so well. Overall it is a great experience at the gym and a great place for a healthy lifestyle. I highly recommend for everyone!

Kris was very informative and welcoming to The Gym, he showed me the running trail nearby and the boxing/MMA areas inside. The other gym goers were also friendly. I highly recommend this place for anyone interested in working out or for training for competitions.

My son has been taking boxing lessons for a few weeks now, and I couldn't be happier with the level of skill his instructor has! My son is learning so much and having a blast whilst doing so! The Gym has a great atmosphere, with very welcoming, and nice people.
