Spoke to staff on the phone inorder to book for a gender reveal, the staff member clarified 5× that the room would be $20 an hr for a Grand Prairie resident...on a Sunday. I got confirmation of this 5 times. When I went up there to book, I was told that the employee was new and that Id be expected to pay $70 an hr... Upon taking my issue up with management he just laughed and said, "At least he knew to ask if you were a Grand Prairie resident 🤷🏾‍♀️".So much for actually training their staff before throwing them on the phones, so much for customer service or etiquette. So much for our Gender Reveal.....

My Eastern Star chapter meet here often and each time we are pleased with the service that is rendered. Tim Plummer and the entire TSLC staff are always welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The center is always clean, organized and very well maintained.

We attended a baby shower there and the facilities were nice and clean.

Love coming here for my paperwork needs. Employees are always so nice and helpful

Place is calmful and have fun places, game room, liberty, basketball court and gym. I've seen little kids even enjoy the place

This place was amazing and affordable. We rented space for a few hours to have a gathering and food after my father's funeral. They have a kitchen in each room ( for an additional fee). The employees there were the sweetest. Would recommend this place 100%! Thanks for making such a difficult time much easier for our family!

I have gone to 5 different gyms (club 4, planet fitness, 24/7, tylor rec, epic) here at gp since I moved here a year ago. Tony's shotwell rec has covered all that I was looking for. Price, children programs, and a place to workout. The only thing I would love for the Rec to extend would be the gym closing hrs to (11pm-12am). Overall, place its clean, organized, and the taffing it's friendly and helpful. Feel happy to be a member at TSWR.

DO NOT RENT THE VENUE ROOMS I REPEAT DO NOT HAVE YOUR EVENTS IN THE ROOMS THEY RENT!!! They do not charge that much for the rooms but you are getting what you are paying for we celebrated my mother‘s 65th birthday and there was no AC it was almost 100° outside everyone was wearing long dresses and long sleeves dress shirts and everyone was sweating I informed the gentleman in the front desk and all he could offer was fan’s Sometimes you have to judge the book by its cover the place is nice but it makes it a horrible experience to have a party without a Air conditioner in the summer. I rate this place zero stars and I will never recommend it to anyone!

We rented out the big meeting room for our 1 year old birthday party and everything turned out fantastic. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They let us borrow a cart to bring our stuff in and out to avoid making multiple trips carrying everything. They were extremely attentive with all of our guests and directing them to our party. We had a great experience!

Rented a room for my child's bday party. Great prices, awesome staff, and the prices are affordable.
